Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The house was very clean and well equipped, with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The heaters worked perfectly, ensuring an ideal temperature throughout our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive, promptly answering all our questions and quickly resolving any small needs. Suitable for both short and long stays. Close to the slopes of Monte Pratello and other villages in the area. Super super recommended!

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

A gem! In the center of Civitella Alfedena, from which there are several trails to discover the park. Very clean house with everything you need, beautiful garden with barbecue. Lucia and her husband are very kind! We look forward to coming back!
