Viviana's apartment is very tasteful and nicely decorated, the idea of providing us with a basket with all the ingredients for a breakfast worked out very well, and we were also able to express wishes. The eggs from our own chickens tasted particularly good. On the farm there are three dogs who are quite stormy, cats, chickens and two donkeys. The use of the washing machine was solved in such a way that we handed in the laundry and got it back clean! We felt very comfortable with her friendly and helpful manner, the individual room and the breakfast basket and thank her very much for the time, Annette

Carola's apartment is very characteristic and equipped with everything you may need (very nice outdoor space overlooking the Duomo). Very quiet at night, despite the really central location, perfect to move around comfortably and visit on foot the beauty of the historic center of Tarquinia, the nearby necropolis of the Monterozzi and surroundings. Convenient parking is just a few minutes from the place. Carola was a very helpful and thorough host in providing all the information we needed and even more, with detailed instructions and helpful tips for our stay. In short, the ideal accommodation to explore these magical places..

The central location in Tuscany is beautiful for a quiet stay for young couples

We had a great stay at Andrea’s apartment in Porto Santo Stefano. It was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to stay while visiting friends and had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. We absolutely loved the view and the amazing location. Andrea was very accommodating about our unfortunate late arrival and very responsive to any messages. We ate great pizza at Pizz & Core and while we were sad that Tony’s pizzeria (right downstairs) was closed on a Monday night - we also had a great meal at Da Zirio The weather wasn’t the best for us with unseasonal rain but we had a brilliant visit to “Il Giardino Dei Tarocchi” and found an amazing little art gallery “JB Art”. What a beautiful place to visit. We will be back!

Charming open space, cared for in every detail. Culled by a relaxing quiet, between distant eras ceilings and the beauties of the historic center is an experience I recommend. Carola's availability and kindness made a difference.
