We stayed in 5 of us in this apartment and were very satisfied. The location is great for experiencing the city of Crotone, allowing you to easily reach the main attractions. The place was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

The place was good, the location great. Supermarket, bars, the beach was all within walking distance. The landlord was very nice. The apartment had everything you need. We were very pleased

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Flawless and tastefully decorated apartment! Rosanna is friendly, available and attentive! 10 min walk to the beach, well-maintained pool and residence. The neighbors are welcoming and the city merchants ( very lively in the evening) adorable! We had an excellent vacation ☺️

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!

The accommodation is as described, it is located on the 1st floor of a house in the centre of the small town. Clean apartment. Very nice and reliable host in his directions. Thank you for this good restaurant recommended by Francesco. Nothing negative to report.

Gabriele was very helpful. He let us in long before check-in time. Apartment as per description Wide internally and infinitely externally, my children woke up every day in nature among cows, sheep, olive trees and peace. a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with shades and sunbeds of its own). We could not enjoy everything we wanted from the area, pq we fell a monumental chaparrón, but it is located near Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.
