We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

I've been traveling with Airbnb for years and I'm a host myself, Marcella is definitely one of the most hospitable, friendly and helpful I've met to date👈. There were 5 of us, including an 11-month-old daughter for whom the host provided the equipment not provided as a seat and box🫶. The interior of the apartment is well distributed, consisting of a large living area with kitchen, 3 bedrooms 💤 and a bathroom. The generously sized outdoor terrace I found it relaxing and resting for the view and tranquility that you can breathe😎. The beach, served by a viable staircase, which is also possible for an almost pristine child to fly an aquilone🪁. The first seabed, sandy mixed with rocks, ideal for snorkeling🤿. You need to have a car to get around freely, which can be conveniently parked attached to the house🚙. I recommend an exploratory visit of nearby Sila ⛰️ and the village of S.Severina 🏰 Grazie Marcella! 🙏Calabria is great🤙

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. I had the pleasure of staying at Claudia's bed and breakfast and I can only express my enthusiasm for this wonderful experience. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted with kindness. The property is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The location is extremely convenient and is located in the center. This was a great advantage for our travels. The best part is the bathtub in the room. A real treat!! I particularly appreciated the quality and care dedicated to every detail. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to relax and feel at home. I look forward to returning.

This stay I very much enjoyed. Giuseppina is a fantastic person and passionate about her community. I really enjoyed our conversations. The house was very clean, had everything and was spacious. The area is quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and town below. The sea is only a few kilometres away. The locals were just as lovely to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.
