Holiday rentals with a sauna in Province of Como

we enjoyed our stay and Marco did a great job providing everything from expresso,snacks,toiletries,slippers,Dyson hair dryer..he put a lot of thought in the guest experience! Thank you Marco for helping us have a great stay in Como.

The villa was perfect — exactly as shown in the photos, if not even better. It was incredibly convenient thanks to its location, easily accessible by car for taking the ferry, visiting nearby villas, going to the supermarket, or enjoying some excellent restaurants. The only downside of the trip was the requirement (apparently mandatory in Italy) to physically present our passport at the agency’s office. This added a one-hour round trip from the villa that had to be planned in. Additionally, while the cleanliness was absolutely impeccable, the €250 cleaning fee felt slightly excessive. Other than that, everything was flawless. We will most likely return. Excellent communication from the agency as well.

Nice place, a little difficult to reach as the streets in town are super narrow. But the view is amazing and a good restaurant nearby

We had a lovely stay! The view is much better in real life! It takes approximately an hour to walk into the nearest large(r) town. The walk back however is very very steep. I would recommend using a taxi service for this. Lovely property, clean with a good kitchen!

An Absolute Gem – A Perfect Stay! We had the most incredible experience staying at Alina's place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was impeccably clean, and exactly as the photos, we instantly felt right at home. The scenery was incredible, and the view of Lake Como is unmatched. The outdoor space was amazing—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Alina was brilliant, extremely helpful (and even helped me arrange my engagement proposal)! She continuously went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always quick to respond to any questions and offering great local recommendations. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and hospitality, look no further.

What a great find!!!! Absolutely beautiful for my family and I. Perfect vacation! The staff was so amazing which makes me want to come back…attentive and super responsive. I own my own travel agency and it’s rare to find the perfect place but I can honestly say I don’t have one single complaint. I highly recommend to others. Thanks to these wonderful ladies who helped with anything we needed and communication was above and beyond. Place was clean, had everything we needed, great amenities, perfect location and CLEAN!

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Beautiful house and location with stunning stunning views of the lake. Host Alize was just the best so responsive and helpful with all requests and suggestions. Super close to Bellagio and easy to get to all the close by towns. Amazing hikes in walking distance and 2mins walk to the lake. Would 💯 go back and recommend

Everything is perfect! Friendly and helpful host, clean apartment and as described.

Great accommodation within walking distance of the lake and the center, a few meters away is a great pizzeria and a breakfast bar. Spotless place with sauna, decor, and hot tub. There is little clarity with check-in because it is located outside, on the gate, there are key boxes with codes inherent to the apartments that can be misled about check-in but nothing unsolvable. Every now and then, the hot tub didn't emit particularly pleasant smells, but it's still great. It's unfortunate if you're thinking of a romantic exit

Incredible place, looks just like on the pictures. Not the cheapest option in the area, but definitely worth every penny. Fantastic host, responsive and willing to help at any time. Perfect view and amenities - just perfect.

We had a great week. Tana del Lupo is perfect for a vacation outside. On several levels, you can live beautifully in the day with spectacular views, complemented by the insane wellness area and the perfect secluded location - a dream. Inside, the house is rather practically furnished, yet with attention to detail. The room is open to the top, which does not allow different sleeping times, and the cold night's nocturnal toilet run is not for everyone. The 30-minute driveway via narrow Italian mountain roads is not easy. But it's worth the view. We are only down once to get new pellets. In April, you need 2-3 bags for heating. Otherwise, we would have just stayed up here. There are many beautiful hiking paths from here. Dario was quickly reachable by cell phone with every question. We will definitely come again!

we were a group of 8 people and we really enjoyed our stay. the house was amazing, especially for the price! the view outside the balcony (which connects most rooms) and the terrace was incredible. you could see the mountains and the lake. we visited in beginning of April and at night it got a quite cold and we had some trouble with the heating, but the communication with the hosts was great. they responded within 10 min max and were always ready to help if we had any trouble. there was also enough room for cars. they had a garage for two cars, but there was also enough space for another car out front. the house was quite up on the hill and you would need to drive down to get to Lecco, which was like 5 - 10 min away by car. it was a really quiet place.

Great location, great property, clear communication

We loved the place, the indoor swimming pool is big and warm. Bed was good, airconditioning worked very well. We would recommend this accommodation to everyone 🙂

Casa Villi was breathtaking! Casa Silvi overlooks lake como and the view of the sunset was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen! This has been one of my best stays and I would recommend Casa Silvi to anyone who is thinking over visiting lake como. The host Silvana and Daniel were wonderful! They were so accommodating and happily brought us in and out to varenna! Silvi was amazing and prepared us a beautiful spread for breakfast and even cooked for us on our last night! We will definitely return!! Thank you Silvi and Daniel
