Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Catanzaro

Antonella's residence is equipped with all possible amenities and is a short walk from the sea. We found it in perfect condition and spent 8 days of true relaxation. A particularly positive dimension for a family with a small child. We felt right at home.

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Nice and practical house with everything you need! Very clean. Lovely large terrace overlooking the sea. Clean and nice pool just nearby. Walking distance to beach, free sun loungers and parasols. Crystal clear water. We got quick and good help from Britta and co as AC in the living room didn't work. This place is highly recommended!

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

The house is very nice, well-kept and very clean. It is located a stone's throw from the sea and the parking space is very comfortable. Accurate and punctual communication. Absolutely recommended!

Great area, a few kilometers north of Pizzo Calabro, 500 meters from a large beach that can be reached on foot through a fragrant pine forest. Spacious and fully furnished apartment. The residence where it is located has two swimming pools, one with a water slide, tennis courts and soccer fields. Excellent hospitality from the owners, kind and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Melissa's house very close to the beach, located in the village with everything available, from bars to convenience stores. Small and cozy little house! Very nice! We had a great time! Melissa and her husband are very helpful and kind!

Everything is incredibly magical. The atmosphere of this enchanting, enchanting place is truly unique, out of time! Congratulations to Mrs. Tina and her daughter Francesca for the attention to detail and for the thoughtful and qualified attention. We didn't really miss anything. I recommend to lovers of nature, beautiful sea, unusual landscapes, silence and starry sky.

We stayed at Emanuela's and the apartment I have to say that it turned out to be really delicious. Everything new, stylish and minimal decor, all the necessary but. Apartment halfway between Catanzaro Citta and Lido, good choice if you want to move. A plus for being able to bring our dog , who really appreciated their beautiful English lawn. Both Emanuela and her husband were kind and helpful. If we return to the area, it will definitely be our first choice.

The place was really very nice, a fantastic view and great amenities. The place was spotlessly clean, we have nothing to complain about. We felt really very comfortable here for 2 weeks and would be happy to come back. The area and Pizzo are beautiful. Communication with Salvatore was impeccable, thanks for everything!

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

The location of the apartment was wonderfully centrally located - right in the heart of Pizzo. We were in town over the Easter holidays and were thus able to follow the processions - even from the balcony of the apartment. Pizzo is a very nice place with great Italian flair and likeable inhabitants. The beach is also beautiful. The view of the sea is magnificent and everything was available. The kitchen is a separate space which is very practical. Once we had a problem with the window, Stefania was there right away. As compensation, she left us delicious pasticcini. She responded to our questions right away and was very helpful to us. At the beginning, she reserved a parking space for us. Thank you for the wonderful time in Pizzo.

New apartment in great location, pleasant hosts! Within 5 minutes via stairs on a Caribbean dream beach, deserted, at least in September. Great terrace with sea and stream Boli views, daily sunset. Supermarkets nearby, car required. Also to Pizzo you should only drive by car. Beach bars were already closed in September, everything was very peaceful and quiet. Great clean sea with high temperatures, beach unfortunately heavily plastic littered

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

The apartment is nice and well-furnished, equipped with all the comforts. Our daughters really enjoyed the trampoline and the hammock, and we loved the outdoor seating area. The tips provided in the manual found in the house were all great, and Filippo went out of his way to find us a doctor when needed. As indicated in the description, walking to get to the center or the beaches is fast but the climb is steep! However, it should be said that the sea is so beautiful that it deserves the effort! The only "disappointment" was the view, which is actually from the apartment or the garden in front of it, the bushes being tall. The view of Soverato is best appreciated during the descent/climb.

Clean and well-kept accommodation surrounded by immense tranquility, Franco, the owner of the house, and his wife Pina, are two exquisite people, very kind and always ready to meet any need, maximum availability with the times and with the use of the house, where there is a lot of space and tranquility at your leisure. Absolutely super recommended. We will return!!

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended
