The accommodation was great... The view from the kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor shower and the owner's access were perfect. The location of the accommodation turned out to be a bit impractical for us, because it was necessary to travel far to reach the beautiful beaches. But the beach directly below the accommodation is nice and the restaurants in the area met expectations.

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

The place is beautiful and very lovingly designed. The contact with Ilaria was very nice, she was helpful and gave us good recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

Renato's house is a very nicely renovated building with all the comforts (only the air conditioning is missing - but we knew that from the description), we were on the ground floor. Her garden is completely private and well cared for. Total tranquility and peace in the evening blind darkness and only the stars give light. Wonderful! There is a beach within 5 km. But Renato will inform you about everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we thank you for the spices! For shopping, look for Superspin! Renáto, thank you!

The stay was very nice overall. Communication was mainly through the hostess's son, who speaks English very well and gave us helpful tips on activities and restaurants in the area. The complex is very well maintained, the pool is large and clean, and the view was very nice. For the host, it was okay that friends also visited us at the pool. A note for dog owners: Our uncastrated male and the free-running female on the property were difficult to separate from each other, which led to some effort. However, a solution was found after consultation with the host.

We (young family with small child) had a very nice time in the accommodation. The apartment is cozy and well equipped – everything you need is there. The well-maintained garden with garden hose is particularly convenient. It is only a 5-minute walk to the sea, the beach is wonderful and not crowded. Unfortunately, the nearby supermarket was still closed, but in Pula you can get there in a few minutes by car. You will find everything you need there – including nice restaurants and evening entertainment. We can definitely recommend the place!

Alice’s place has everything that you will need and more. It is clean, spacious and updated with modern bathrooms and bedrooms that we really appreciated. She may also potentially has the best beddings we’ve had throughout our travel in Europe over the years! She prepared a lovely welcome amenity and even left some color markers after knowing we are visiting with our little ones. Talk about hospitality and going beyond. This is why we usually chooses to stay in homes that are run personally by the owners instead of agents.

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. We spent lovely time in quite and peaceful place!

Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

An absolute recommendation! The house is in a wonderful location, very quiet and overlooking the sea, in a few minutes you have reached the nearest beach and soon also shops and restaurants. There are some worthwhile excursions along the coast. Paolo responds very quickly and courteously and Alessandro on site is also very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Love Sant’Elmo was perfect. The apartment is pretty and the hosts obviously have a great design eye. The location is near to three gorgeous beaches and a supermarket. The pizzeria was closed when we were there in early May but it looks good too! Costa Rei was 7 minutes drive for more shops and restaurants. Most of all, communication with Claudia was just fantastic.

Beautiful area with beautiful beaches easily accessible on foot (between 10 and 20 minutes), as well as a pharmacy and shops (10 minutes on foot). Large accommodation with plenty of space for 2 families (ground floor). Very quiet in the evening. If the floor above is rented at the same time, there is obviously more noise and a risk of energy overload. The house is beautiful and airy (with some things to fix due to years of wear) and with thick white walls that keep it cool on hot days. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances (microwave, large fridge, oven and ceramic hob). The garden that surrounds it is large with many plants (a little suffering), parking for several cars and a large space to dine under the stars. We had contact with Stefano, the son of the owner, who was very helpful and kind. We had a great time (a group of 5 adults). Accommodation to recommend if you are looking for the real Sardinia!

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Perfect to go with your partner, the beautiful area and right in the center of Castello. Very well equipped. Vitor is very attentive and friendly.

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

How nice to find accommodations like this. I haven't been in a place like this in a long time. Lately, I've only been finding apartments on Airbnb that lack personality. This apartment is full of life, style and beauty. It's super central, has free parking and was very clean. I hope to find more of these types of accommodations around here. Definitely the best accommodation of my entire trip. A 10 for Mauro too, he was very friendly and attentive when we arrived.

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!
