The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

Townhouse with beautiful view over the lake to Stresa and the mountains of Switzerland. Very practical that you can park the car in an underground parking and enter the house through its cellar. Good mattress with typical German feather beds and a direct lake view from the master bedroom’s bed. Our dog enjoyed the garden and the balcony (master bedroom) very much. It was very easy for him to climb up the stairs to the first floor, because the granite steps are roughened so they are not slippery, even when wet. There is a beach area (Cerro Beach) on the way to the restaurant Il Chiosco di Cerro where dogs are playing in the morning or evening and ours was warmly welcomed to join the group. We charged our car in Laveno-Mombello next to Cafe Vela (harbor promenades) and next to Via della Pergola, which brings you to the Sasso del Ferro gondola. But there are plenty of other charging stations around so we never got in trouble.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Tiziana's house. The hostess met us very hospitably and was always responsive to our requests. The house is very cozy, every detail strikes, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable sleeping places, all bathroom amenities, including bathrobe and slippers were in our location. We can safely say that breakfast is included in the price, as in addition to coffee and tea there were many different sweets, yogurt and even a bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed opening on New Year's Eve! They say how you celebrate the New Year, you will spend it. We met this year in a beautiful place!!! Thank you so much Tizania!

We had a super cozy stay at Marko's lovely house. Very clean and well stocked. There is not much soul in the local area and few and not so welcoming restaurants but we took small trips to e.g. Lake Maggiore and there are many small cozy towns. Arona is also worth a visit. We can really recommend Marko's house. Thank you for your stay, Marko.

Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Luciana is a great friendly and communicative woman. She was always quick to respond to our messages or questions. The house was perfect for us: my parents and brother slept in one apartment and my husband, our sons and I in the other. The weather was very nice, so we could sit outside a lot. We had little to no trouble with mosquitoes and there are screens all over the house. In less good weather, the seven of us would have been in one space that would have been somewhat cramped. It is possible, but I would have found that too tight for an entire week. Please be aware of this. Within a 5-minute walk you will find the small supermarket of Edoardo. This incredibly friendly man goes out of her way to help you well. This has worked very well with some words in German and almost no English and a very nice, cozy daily contribution to our holiday feeling. When you walk in the evening from the fence towards the chapel, you have a chance of a beautiful sunset overlooking Lake Orta.

Easy rental experience through all steps . Communications , check-in, flexibility … We had some last minute changes on our Side and they were flexible, friendly and accommodating to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant . I highly recommend Valentina’s and her son’s Alberto house !

The apartment was cozy, clean, and peaceful. The vibe was soothing. The apartment found all the necessary amenities, such as detergents, coffee, spices, oil, and other essentials. Special points for perfectly bubbly and warm blankets! The pellet fireplace was easy to use. There was always space in a nearby public parking lot and it was easy to find. The flat is located in the courtyard, so it's not visible to the street.

Our stay was perfect from all points of view. Eleonora was an extremely kind host, but also discreet and very responsive; she provided us with all the necessary information and recommended places and restaurants. The house is very large, with large bright windows in the living area, which show the beautiful view around it. Privacy is ensured by a large private garden, with beautiful trees and flowers. We found it super clean, in perfect condition and with all the appliances working. The tried two-bedroom beds were also very comfortable. We had a really good time and highly recommend this experience.

Monica was a nice and helpful host, she contacted us often to make sure everything was in line with expectations and that no help was needed. She provided tips on what to do in the area and tips on the premises. In the house, cleaning products, personal hygiene and breakfast products are available (also sufficient for the entire stay). The strong point is the parking space and the air conditioning system.

All good! We liked the place a lot, felt like at home. Lots of inside space and everything you need but you usually don’t buy is already there.

Great place, super responsive host! Very clear explanations, a very clean and in great condition apartment! Please only pets allowed but an additional charge requested on site. Anyway, I would recommend!

For work reasons we had to stay in Biella for one night and we chose their home with the fear that the photos did not correspond to the truth because there was no online review and instead my husband told me to try to trust me and so it was... well tell you if not to choose this place with eyes closed. It's a brand new renovated villa and we were the first official guests! The owners made us find the house in a perfect way, it felt like we were entering a magazine. The bedding was beautiful, fragrant, and with lots of pillows. The love they put us in the care of their hospitality to make sure everything was okay and in order is worth our 5 stars. Thank you thank you thank you. We are loyal. The quality of your service should be rewarded and that it can also give other people the opportunity to book in your home with the serenity it deserves. Beautiful cottage, as welcoming as it is modern and functional, with well-arranged spaces, perfect for 2 or 4 people. The village in which it is located is very pleasant, the free parking lots are very close, next to it there is a restaurant and grocery store. Gaby is a quiet village but also convenient for getting to ski lifts. The host is available for any information.
