Family-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Biella

We were a group of 9 friends, three men and six women between 35 and 60 years old, on our first experience of living together and a short holiday in an apartment. We had a wonderful time. The expectations of the accommodation were fully met. The hospitality and availability of the host Pierre and his father were exquisite. What can I say... an experience that we will gladly repeat... maybe in winter so we can enjoy a different landscape and have the opportunity to appreciate the services in the accommodation even more. Thank you for everything.

Lovely place. Simple, with modern amenities. It is quiet, 5/10 mins by car from Cervinia. There are neighbours (who were lovely), it is a semi-detached. All the things you need, relaxing place. Bedrooms were bigger than expected. There were two of us, it would sleep 8 just be aware that the configuration is two large rooms, one with double and bunk beds, one with two doubles. Ideal for families.

It was a very nice and warm welcoming thanks to Maina and her husband. They provided us more than we would have needed, even the fridge was filled. We would definitely come back!

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.

A great house for large groups (8-10 people). Especially the huge living area with panoramic windows and the well-equipped kitchen were unbeatable. And of course the pool in the lower part of the wonderful garden. Thank you very much to you, Sebastiano and Guido, we all felt very comfortable!

We enjoyed being guests at Franco's. Because the accommodation is a bit remote, has its own garden, you can relax very well. By car you can be in Arona within 10 minutes, by bike it is about 15-20 minutes. The location is also great for driving to Lake Orta. This way, you can explore a fairly large area in a short time. The only drawback is that those who rely on Wi-Fi or mobile phone reception will have problems here. The hilly landscape makes reception a bit of a challenge. When we arrived, the WiFi did not work, although the router was restarted, we could not log in, but that is probably normal there. The Wi-Fi has been working for the last 2 days. We thank you for the hospitality and can only recommend this accommodation.

paola and Silvio are very sweet ( older) people. Very helpful, don't speak English but with the translation function on your phone you go a long way. I would put a more spacious more comfortable sofa set instead of 2 dining room sets. Furthermore, a beautiful house with beautiful views. Certainly subject to repetition.

Lovely. Melania's love of art transpires in this beautiful apartment. The peace and quiet we were looking for made our stay really enjoyable. Also useful are the tips on the surroundings that we really appreciated!

I had a wonderful Christmas week in this apartment with my husband and our children. Since our arrival we were greeted with great kindness by the owner, who made everything even more special by decorating the apartment with Christmas lights and a delicious ornamented sauce. A detail that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere truly magical!The apartment is very clean and equipped with every comfort. The location is very convenient: it is located a few meters from the ski slopes, perfect for those who love skiing without having to take the car. It has private parking, a key detail to avoid stress with luggage and skis. There are restaurants and bars nearby, making the experience even more enjoyable and practical. We can only highly recommend this place for a vacation in the mountains, both for the great location and for the care and attention shown by the owner. We'll definitely be back!!

For our stay at Loretta's, everything went well. She wanted to greet us in person to show us around the house. She had made a small aperitif in the fridge which was very nice. Loretta is very kind and helpful, flexible on check-in and check-out times. In addition, she very kindly accepted my dog and gave her a very good welcome too. The house is large with 2 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, a functional kitchen and a well maintained garden. On the other hand, be careful with the garage which is very narrow and in a driveway without a large exit either. For the location, the neighborhood is quiet (except for dogs barking at night). Biella is a city with a good number of supermarkets, restaurants, a shopping center 15min from the accommodation for amenities (market every Monday, Thursday and Saturday). For hikes, several mountain lakes around the property (minimum 30 min drive). I recommend it!

Very nice and well-kept accommodation, nestled in the woods, a stone's throw from the gaby. Easy to reach by car following the instructions given. The owners are very polite and helpful, I highly recommend it.

A beautiful place to find peace and nurture your creativity! The house is spacious, bright and cozy, invites you to share and the beauty of simple things, and every detail tells the art and passion for the theater! Falletti is a delightful hamlet surrounded by nature, and Manuela is a sparkling, friendly guest! We'll be back!

Absolutely charming apartment! It has a homey feel. In the common room there is a coffee machine with a large selection of capsules. I'm afraid I used all the strong ones. 😀 Quiet, peaceful place, very easy to find. There is a wonderful shop nearby with cheeses and smoked meats that you can hardly find in a supermarket. The view from the balcony is just incredible.

We vacationed here with our dog and we can warmly recommend it to everyone. The apartment is super big and spacious! The property is huge, the private section on the lake super quiet and ideal for playing and romping. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes, so definitely think of Autan or the like.

The space is really beautiful with its pool and gazebo. I felt right at home. We really enjoyed the place and the house. There were four of us. Roberta and her husband were always attentive to every need. I recommend it 100%

Our warmest recommendations from here. An absolutely amazing place in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is lovely and has the most amazing view of the lake. Easy access to lake and activities and just a short walk along the lake to Mergozzo. Our kids were also very excited about the clean and delicious pools. We met an incredibly warm and welcoming host couple and can only recommend staying here. There are absolutely no minuses.

It was a very nice stay. We liked the location, the view of the lake and the beautiful pool very much. Only the parking spaces are a bit too small. Many thanks to Alberto, who is an excellent host.

We made a stop here in transit. Elena and her family are very likeable, friendly hosts. The property is very tastefully decorated. An extraordinary highlight is the piano in the apartment. The surrounding park and the view of Lake Maggiore are phenomenally beautiful! We'd love to come back, hopefully with more time next time!

Summer was a pleasant and available host every time, a great sympathy almost friendly through our exchanges. A top welcome basket and what's more, very stocked! The place was perfect for a first experience with Airb 'n' b, cleanliness, equipment. We were able to visit big cities around and return to the accommodation in the evening, in a peaceful environment, out of the way . As for Fabrizio, we met him the day before departure and incredibly kind! Thanks for everything! We recommend 100%
