Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

Wonderful apartment in an apartment building and high-level residential area 2 steps from the center and 10 minutes from the supermarket Conad many amenities super clean and very quiet apartment for how I like the maximum resistance and tranquility in the house there was everything and more coffee. There was everything and more coffee. There was plenty of oil pods, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom dryer, soap, toilet, coffee maker, in short, and more independent heating. I noticed that there is also air conditioning from everything for everything, so for the summer and the top plus a beautiful balcony equipped with table and chairs and lemon plants, 🍋 beautiful top and top apartment and super recommended so as not to forget the kindness of thomas and the maximum availability responds even on Sundays, thank you Thomas. We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s. The space met all our expectations. He was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful! Highly recommend this spot for easy walking to everything in historic Arezzo. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!!
