Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. There were 6 of us, and we were very comfortable and happy.

The house is as shown in the images...very comfortable. As a suggestion, I would put a handrail on the stairs and still leave a spare key, because sometimes people want to go to different places. The rooms have an incredible view of the Andes, it's heated, the shower works well, in short, everything is perfect.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafes and bars all just a stone's throw away. Communication with Mauricio was very friendly from the beginning and his self-made videos helped us a lot at check-in. In addition, he was always available. The accommodation is very cozy and equipped with a radiant heater and a heat blanket for the cold months. We had a great time. Thank you Mauricio!

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything was very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

I recommend to everyone, great location, close to great restaurants, 8 minutes from the main mall, quiet neighborhood! On Sundays, close streets closed, great for walking, cycling. Villa with great cost-benefit, comfortable, building preserved, cordial receptionist!

A wonderful stay, comfort and good service

Sabrina’s place was wonderful! It offers a beautiful view of Santiago and is a cozy, inviting space. We loved the location in Ñuñoa—it felt very safe and secure, and the neighborhood was charming. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city. One small note for future guests: while the kitchen is well-stocked with essentials like plates, cutlery, cups, and glasses, it has very limited and worn down cookware, so preparing full meals isn’t really possible. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here!

I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that is open until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

José was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We had a change of time on the flight and he kindly allowed us to stay longer in the apartment, which made all the difference for our experience to be smooth — we are very grateful for that. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well heated, with a very comfortable bed and a shower with very hot water, ideal for the cold days of Santiago. The location is spectacular, very close to the Costanera Center, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, which gave us even more comfort during the trip. It was a great experience and we certainly recommend hosting!

We felt really lucky to get to stay in Gianfranco’s house. Everything about it is just so cool. The house itself, the art, the record player. The terrace is gorgeous. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved it all. Gianfranco was always responsive and helpful with questions and super flexible, which we really appreciated. We walked everywhere and it’d be easy to an uber or taxi here too. If you stay here, doing the funicular and cable car (which you can get to just around the corner) is so worth it (thanks Gianfranco for suggesting that :)

We stayed for six days and our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, cozy and really well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, markets, cafes and tourist spots in the city. We were able to do a lot on foot, which made the trip even more practical and enjoyable. The hosts were always very attentive and helpful throughout the communication. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
