Rodrigo is an excellent host! From the day we booked, he was always very helpful and answered all our questions. He gave tips on restaurants and places to visit in Santiago. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this one is in the top 5-10% for sure. Highly recommend! Jed is a wonderful, kind, and professional host. His unit on the top floor was a lovely space and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, hot shower, washer for small loads, balcony (and roof deck), and a nice kitchen (though we didn't really use it.). We loved the coffee shop on the corner (1 min away) for breakfast and lunch or just a quick fresh juice. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do (hike San Cristobal, go to different restaurants, stroll through neighborhoods.). Jed shared lots of local information and assisted us in choosing reliable airport transportation (transvip.) One of the best hosts we've ever had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Carolina was a very helpful host, always answering us whenever we had any questions. The apartment matches the listing, the price is fair, the location is very good and it is close to good restaurants in Santiago.

The entire apartment is very good and the location is excellent if you want to go shopping at the Costanera mall and you have a subway station in front of you where you can go everywhere. The area is quiet and seemed safe even at night Only a few restaurants nearby, only street stalls and they close very early, so keep that in mind.

The location is very good! With quick access to the subway, supermarkets and other amenities! At the bottom of the building there are several pubs and restaurants, which makes it a lot easier!

We stayed for six days and our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, cozy and really well equipped. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, markets, cafes and tourist spots in the city. We were able to do a lot on foot, which made the trip even more practical and enjoyable. The hosts were always very attentive and helpful throughout the communication. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very good apartment, it meets what is needed for a vacation. Rosibel was very kind, she even left us a BIP card to use public transport and an adapter. The criticism I would make is that it was quite cold, there was no way to acclimatise it, the hot water being a small water heater ran out very quickly and it would be good to have another set of towels as they did not dry quickly. Apart from those details, it is very well located in a nice neighborhood. Rosibel is a highly recommended host!

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was impeccable, everything worked very well. Great location, safe neighborhood and very beautiful. Karen was always available, very polite, always responded quickly to our messages, and helped us when we needed it. The reception staff were also amazing with us, always very kind and willing to help us whenever we needed it. We look forward to being able to return soon!

Excellent apartment in an incredible environment and an almost panoramic view. Neighborhood with many activities and varied. Close to the Costanera Center and its SkyBar. The hosts were very friendly and always available for any queries and questions. I went with a baby and we had a great time!

I recommend to everyone, great location, close to great restaurants, 8 minutes from the main mall, quiet neighborhood! On Sundays, close streets closed, great for walking, cycling. Villa with great cost-benefit, comfortable, building preserved, cordial receptionist!

The place is wonderful, it was super clean and tidy. Nice decor and great location. Leticia gave us clear directions and was always willing to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely come back!

Gabriela was an amazing hostess. He always attended us promptly with attention and care. the apartment is very good, comfortable, limbo and well located. Anyway, we had a stay in a tenth, no repairs. I highly recommend it!

This apartment is a great option in Providencia district. Building is located 3 min from metro station, the area is safe and full of good restaurants, San Cristobal mountain is 25 min walk from the place. Apartment is well equipped and was 100% clean. Boris was very friendly and supportive, he allowed me to check in 1 hour earlier than it is usual time of check in 👍

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.

Apartment was clean and roomy, great location, great shopping and food, and great views from apartment. I loved the nice big Jacuzzi, very relaxing after long day at work. Priscilla was very helpful when I got lost and helped me find my way, lol...and was very accommodating when I was running late to pick my luggage up to check out. Thank you for everything.
