My family & I had a fantastic stay at Richard's beautiful home. The place is warm, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Richard is an amazing host! Communicative, friendly and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by kindly allowing us an early arrival and late departure, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. When we hit a snowstorm, Richard was kind enough to leave salt& shovel, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay safe. From start to finish, everything was smooth, and well organised . HIGHLY recommend & would love to stay here again!

This is definitely one of the nicest AB&Bs I've stayed in. Incredibly clean. Quiet. Has everything. Impeccably decorated and put together. I actually wished were there longer. If you need to stay in this area don't hesitate.

Theis was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend this for a great stay near Pawtuxet Village.

This is the most amazing air bnb that you will ever find. You are not just renting a house, you are renting a once in a lifetime experience. Sitting in the fireplace room feels like a trip back in time….it is impossible not to sit there and wonder about the stories and songs that were shared in that room throughout its lifetime. Every detail of the house is thoughtful and well cared for. There is a guidebook that explains the history and architecture of the house and historical books throughout. The 1920’s stove was easy to use and just beautiful. The property is huge, private and the grounds are peaceful and full of old trees. Even the neighborhood it is in feels like a step back to the 60’s…very walkable with sidewalks. Reminiscent of the tv show “The Wonder Years.” Easy access to 295 and anywhere you wish to go in Rhode Island. With that said my advice would be to bring what you need and stay put because you won’t want to leave! My family and I had a most memorable Christmas!

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Roomy and quiet. Convenient location for Brown and Rhode Island School of Design (campuses are a five minute drive, 20 min walk) Includes a parking space which is key because you cannot park overnight on the street in Providence as a non-resident. Vintage charm---don't expect a cookie-cutter-gut-renovation. As others note---this is up a pretty narrow twisty staircase to the second floor. Neighborhood is safe and walkable. Hope Street has an adorable commercial stretch just a few blocks north. Whole Foods is a couple minutes drive away.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The space is exactly as described and pictured. The check in instructions were very clear and the covered parking is a major plus. Everything was pristine so we could truly just unpack and relax. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Van's place was just as described. Looking forward to staying again when we can bring our dog. As others have said some things are dated but most of the houses we have stayed in around Providence are the same. Great location for walking to Brown to visit our daughter, even in the cold of winter. We also discovered new walkable shops on Elmgrove including Knead Doughnuts! Great to have the off street parking.

This was my second stay at Susan's place, and it was terrific! The place is clean, well-decorated and well-equipped. The bed is super-comfy. Susan responded quickly in her communications. The place has a great location! It's within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, a bagel shop, a bakery with delicious baked goods and a grocery store. I will definitely be booking again when I am back in Providence.

Martha is the perfect host! Her home is absolutely perfect. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the door. The rooms are very spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable. You won’t regret staying here!

We came to Providence to visit some friends and have a chill weekend where we could easily walk to cafes, shops and restaurants. Our main priority was booking a place that we’d want to spend time lounging and reading and this place 100% fit the bill. It is beautifully, tastefully decorated and thought out. It even has heated bathroom floors! 😍 And the furniture is all so comfortable. I’ve stayed in many AirBnBs and this one might be my favorite ever. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to PVD!

Waleed’s place is stunning. It was super luxurious yet cozy. He was also kind enough to allow me to use the space for a film shoot. I would highly recommend it!

As always had a wonderful stay at Danny's. The place is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is amazing-close to eveverything, Providence is a quick 10 min drive. Host is very responsive. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend a stay here.

The stay was great. The perfect location to just hang out with the kids for the weekend. Everything is in walking distance and walking along high street looking at all the old houses always delights. Charles and Sharolyn could not have been nicer to us. Anyone who wants to explore Bristol/Newport should check out this listing.

I had an incredible time staying here. The home was beautiful, safe, and the room and bathroom were incredibly clean. Instructions were all clear, and Airo was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend this to other people.

We had an incredible stay! The accommodations were truly amazing – beautifully designed, clean, and luxurious. The location couldn’t be better, right near Federal Hill, which meant we were surrounded by great food and vibrant nightlife. The hosts were beyond welcoming and attentive, making sure we felt right at home throughout our stay. This place made our visit unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back!
