The cozy loft locates in the center of the downtown Providence, surrounded by the historic art theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping mall. 3 min walking to the convention center, 10 minutes to east College hill (RISD, Brown), west Federal hill, north Train station and State capitol. It's centrally located in the Knightsville area of Cranston with direct access to public transit. This area is home to many popular restaurants, parks, as well as a 19 mile walking/bike path. The space offers a fully equipped kitchen, office area, and shared access to the fenced in yard. There is also dedicated parking.

Potential basement storage for long-term stays. Ceilings are low in places, may not be comfortable for taller than 6'.
