Cool location, great view!

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The host was lovely, kind and easy to communicate with. The place was comfortable, clean and had amazing perks like a wonderful concierge, easy garage parking, prime location, private indoor pool and gym and access to so much in the area like Amtrak (across the street!). We will definitely be back :)

Outstanding location, and Nicole was terrific.

There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to have a decent shower while you are on vacation. That was absolutely not the case here. The hot water and water pressure in both bathrooms was exceptional. This is a great place in a great area. We will definitely try to get back here.

We stayed at John’s place in Worcester for our son’s graduation, and it was perfect for our group. The home is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short but meaningful stay. While we didn’t have time to fully explore the home or the city, it was a great home base for the weekend. We’d absolutely look to stay here again next time we’re in Worcester.

We enjoyed a short, pleasant stay at The Nautical Nest. We brought two granddaughters for a school vacation week getaway. Melissa’s place was clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient for outings to Newport, Watch Hill, and Providence. We highly recommend Mellisa’s home for a stay in southern Rhode Island!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

Loved it all. Will definitely stay again! One of the best hosts I've had on this site.

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the bay from nearly every room! We loved sitting on the deck every morning and watching the sunrise! Chris was very accommodating and helpful and his home had every amenity for a comfortable stay! Wonderful stay for our family visiting our daughter for parents weekend and her soccer game! We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return!
