Monthly Rentals in Prospect

Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds and plenty of space for our family to rest and relax after traveling. Lots of lovely decor touches to the house. Some wear and tear was apparent from previous guests but upon notifying Luana, she responded it would be fixed. We enjoyed our stay!

Chad's place is very clean and very peaceful. It had everything we needed.

What a great addition to downtown Marion! The True was extremely clean; even the couches were vacuumed. The apartment was very nice and had great finishes. They had laundry in the hall. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The king bed is a comfortable foam mattress. The only difficult thing was the stairs are steep, much like any old building around here, but don’t let that deter you if you’re able bodied. There is an LED billboard outside the lofts, but the room darkening curtains are more than sufficient to block it out. If you are traveling with a little one, there is plenty of space in the bedroom for a pack and play. The Archive Lofts are within walking distance of a bunch of cool places like a great coffee shop. The parking lot for The Archive Lofts is one of the main parking lots for accessing a lot of the fun stuff downtown so you’re definitely in the heart of downtown Marion. We will definitely be booking here again for all future trips to visit my family in the area!

Great quiet place to getaway as a couple, yet enough room for a family if wanted. The river was gorgeous and peaceful sitting out on the back porch and the hot tub was clean and hot!
