Hier gibt es viel Platz für einen guten Preis. „Garten&Meer“ hat 65 m² und einen separaten Eingang durch den eigenen Garten. Ein privater PKW-Stellplatz steht direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. Es ist sehr ruhig, nur Anliegerverkehr (Stichstraße). Sie befindet sich 5 km nördlich der Hansestadt Stralsund. Bis zur nächsten bewachten Badestelle (Stadtbad Stralsund) sind es nur 6 km.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Look forward to the comfort of a modern vacation home and all to yourself. Use the location as an ideal base to explore the beautiful surroundings. The European cycling trail runs through the village and invites you to actively explore.

Overnight stay by the water

After a nice day of hiking, a bike ride or a relaxing day on the beach, you can relax wonderfully in this accommodation. Cook something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine and let your gaze wander over the water. A TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available. For our little guests, we provide on request: a travel bed incl. bed linen, sleeping bag, high chair, baby bathtub and toys.
