We absolutely adore this place and are so happy to be back here for the second time. Words can’t describe how beautiful the natura is, how peaceful and charming it feels here — at any hour of the day. But with Rita’s consigli (recommendations), you won’t just sit still — you’ll have dinner at Nonna Anna’s cozy restaurant, enjoy a magical ride around the island with Giuseppe, and no matter how many days you stay — you’ll feel truly at home. The cura (care), the genuine smiles, the warm hugs from everyone will leave you with a kind of emotion and connection that you just can’t find on mainland Italy. Not Capri, not Rome, not even Amalfi will give you that same feeling — that you’ve come home, that you’ve met up again with old friends. And after your full, beautiful days — there’s the enorme letto (huge bed) and the relaxing jacuzzi waiting for you. We are in love with this place — and we’ll keep coming back here, and only here!

Great location, walking distances from the port. The apartment was clean and spacious. The private water access and pool was an amazing plus. Incredible views from private balcony area.

What a special experience! You arrive through the busy streets of Naples, then you have a code for a door, that door opens and there you are, in a space that is magical. Beautiful!!! You can skip the stairs to the 5th floor and just take the elevator. Then a few more stairs and doors and then you are on the roof terrace! (you have already passed your cabin for the night, that is 2 steps) waking up in the morning from the sun shining in your face. Wander through the streets, and eat your pizza or ice cream quietly on your own terrace. There's always room! Be sure to go here if you are looking for something fun and different!!!

Loved our stay here, the location, a very hard walk to get to, but was worth it. Beautiful views from the place. Very quiet, beautiful garden, responsive and verg helpful host. Bed was comfortable, space is small but we spent most of our time outdoor so didn't matter much. Thanks for letting us stay Maria/Salvatore.

We had a fun time! The location is great (if you prefer the quiet side of the island), the studio is nice, the terrace with a view is perfect, and the pool is a real plus (the beaches are very busy so it's a pleasure to have the pool in the residence). The little extra: from the path that leads to the residence to the doors of the studio, you will be immersed in an oasis of greenery! We'll be back for sure!

I stayed with Mr. Ernesto and I must say that everything was perfect; the accommodation is as described, in a typical neighbourhood of Naples and from which it is very easy to get around (having been to Naples several times, I chose it for this reason!). I add a super positive note regarding Mr. Ernesto's availability to meet the needs of the guest: my return home was quite late and he was so kind as to let me use the apartment as a support for the day of departure, really a very appreciated and not at all obvious attention! I will definitely be back, thanks again for everything

The owner was a huge help as I am from America, fist visit to Napoli. I didn't know my way around and was traveling alone. He was so kind and had his colleague literally walk me to the phone store and the train station to help me! Service like this doesn't exist in America! The hospitality here in Italy is amazing! Room was VERY secure and safe. They brought me breakfast! That definitely doesn't happen in America! Everything was perfect! I'll be back! Water view right across the street too! 🤩

A lovely stay, right in the middle of everything, but quiet at home. Easy check in, lovely hosts who own a cafe right around the corner for breakfast. So happy to meet you both, thank you for your hospitality.

If you want to receive the warmest welcome and stay in authentic surroundings and beautiful nature you have found the right place. We have been coming to Capri for many years staying in many of the nicest hotels but they didn’t greet me every day with a lovely treat - lovely pastries, the best tasting fresh eggs from the chickens and more. The loveliest host in a home full of beautiful linens and a comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful house, perfectly clean and well equipped with a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is stunning and has amazing views. Roberta and Carlo are extremely friendly, kind and generous hosts, always responsive when needed. The terrace is a lovely place to eat and relax, and the house is walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. There’s a supermarket and bakery very close by. There’s also a tortoise in the garden. All in all it’s great value for the location, and exceeded expectations. Five stars all round!

A most relaxing and peaceful stay at Marks in Capri! We were given really good restaurant recommendations which we were able to try 4, and loved them all. An easy location to walk to town and catch a taxi or a bus. Saw much more of Capri on this visit due to our convenient and quiet location with a stunning view of the ocean and the gulls. Marco’s mother greeted us and showed us through the apartment and explained everything to us. They also had many recommendations for eating and sightseeing. Lovely apartment in the heart of old town, but extremely quiet. Lovely view from the rooftop garden. Will hopefully stay again one day.

Even though we had some delay because of some unforeseen issues with our travels Nico helped us right away and managed to make us feel welcome after arriving pretty exhausted. It has also been pretty easy with parking right next to the building! Would definitely recommend to stay here and make your Napoli-Trip even more beautiful!!!

Rarely do you find a place that is better than the photos! Truly a beautiful home that made our vacation one of the most relaxing and memorable. It is walkable to the town and fully stocked for any fun you may want. Highly recommend staying here!!

really a trip for the soul. we were there in early May. there is so much peace, sun and opportunity to enjoy this great view! Giuseppe was a great host and always available! Unfortunately, the pool won't open until June. Still, it was a great time!

Fantastic location. There were 3 generations staying and something for us all. Swimming pool was great. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this place and would thoroughly recommend it

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

This is a lovely Italian villa with amazing outdoor space, fantastic views and a very nice private pool. The location is great, but it is about a 10 minute walk, much of it uphill, to get to the center of Capri. It was fine for us, but could be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues. Marco, the local property manager, was great - easy to reach and very respsonsive - we had one minor issue with one of the bathrooms, which he addressed promptly, and he also helped us arrange luggage transport for our departure. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Giovangiuseppe was very kind and attentive. The house was spotless and beautiful. It also has an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This Villa was stunning. Ample room for everyone to have their own space, but also a huge dinning room table to come together with family or friends. I would highly recommend this Villa! The pool area was beautiful and you are treated to a sunset every night.
