The scent of the sea is a newly built one-bedroom penthouse in a villa with a large panoramic terrace. It is located in the Bay of Cartaromana, overlooking the Bay of Naples (Vesuvius, Sorrentino Peninsula, Capri Islands, Procida and Vivara). The penthouse is on the second floor and consists of a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom, for a total of 40 square meters. The large terrace (50 square meters), half covered by a canopy, is equipped with every comfort.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

It has 2 bedrooms (with double beds), a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed for the fifth and sixth guests, a kitchen and a bathroom. The large terrace overlooks the sea, the Aragonese Castle, the islands of Vivara and Procida, the beaches, from which you can witness the daily miracle of the rising of the Sun

Finely renovated and furnished apartment, in a typical Procida tuff building, with vaulted ceilings. It is spread over two levels, on the lower floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed, and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with a bathroom and a small terrace ideal for an outdoor breakfast.

My accommodation is close to the apartment is located in a central location on the island, close to the city center and a stone's throw from restaurants and bars. You can go to the beach in a few minutes.. You'll love my place because of these reasons: the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
