Absolutely perfect place to stay! We attended with our little one and had everything we needed and more. Amélia had left us a basket of toys and provided bedding for our boy. It had everything we could possibly need and was the perfect walking distance to supermarkets and the main town. They supplied us with plenty of recommendations for us as a family to go to. Will definitely be returning if we find ourselves in Scotland again!

We stayed here for a few days whilst visiting St. Andrews for a wedding. The cottage was in a great location and had everything you would need. The electric car charger was a nice surprise and very helpful for us! Hosts were great and their communication was excellent. Would stay again and recommend to others!

What a perfect stay! We were attending a wedding at Kinkell Byre, which is just along the road and this is a perfect location for everything you need. The house was clean and tidy, and had everything required for a short, or even a longer stay. Just outside st Andrews, so was secluded and quiet, would be lovely for a week away with family too! Miranda is an exceptional host and this AirBnB is truly wonderful. Miranda went out of her way to help with local suggestions, and made our stay so comfortable and easy. We were greeted with a lovely cake, and some thoughtful treats for us all. Everything in the house was easy to find, and Miranda's place is so well equipped for kids and families with plenty of toys, books, and those small things which make a big difference when traveling with kids. The garden is lovely (full of flowers at this time of year) and spacious and we loved seeing cows in the distance, the wonderful fresh air and enjoyed many walks down to the coast. It is such a special spot and we were very sad to leave!! This house is very clean and warm and comfortable (everyone slept so well in the comfy beds!). I was working in St Andrews, which is very easy to access from Boarhills. We hope to return one day and I'm so grateful to Miranda for making our trip so memorable.
