Staying here was a dream! Extremely private, quiet, and relaxing. It felt like a spa getaway. The incredible animals were the cherry on top! The tiny home has everything you could need to prepare a meal and the entire home was pristine. Although it feels like you’re in a world of your own, there are two wonderful restaurants my partner and I tried just five minutes down the road. Can’t recommend this place enough, Tim is a wonderful host.

Even better than the pictures, inside and out! Well worth the trip just for some nice rest and relaxation, even if you're not a big kayaker or paddle boarder (like me). It is on my list for a return trip, hopefully soon!

The Tiny House is a gem….it has the charm of another era, and is so comfortable and convenient to downtown. The backyard is a great place to relax with a book and watch the birds build their nest. It is our first choice for stays in Franklin.
