The house is located in Cap Sizun, 8 km from Pointe du Raz, "Grand site national". The coves, secret beaches, small ports clinging to the cliff and the many chapels make the beauty of this southern tip of Finistère. The port of Audierne, 7 km away, the small medieval city of Pont-Croix, 13 km away, the port of Douarnenez, 20 km away, are all destinations for unforgettable walks. Quimper and its museums are less than an hour away. The house turns its back on the rest of the village and faces south. Its three large bay windows, wide open on two terraces, overlook the sea. Walk along the shore 10 minutes to the east, and you can access the wonderful beach of St-Tugen. Below the house, discover a tiny port from which it is easy to swim, and even dive from the dike. Inspired by Scandinavian interiors with its wood-burning stove, light floor and white-painted paneling, the interior of the house (80 square meters) brings calm and relaxation. The furniture, contemporary or antique in Brittany, has been chosen for its comfort and pure lines. The entrance is convenient for hanging everything, the bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, and the kitchen, sober and functional, offers a nice collection of cutting boards, designed to facilitate lunches, dinners or breakfasts on the terraces. Even from the bed in the bedroom, you can continue to contemplate the sky and the sea. At nightfall you can see the Eckmühl lighthouse light up and from the floor, the Ar Men beam sweep the sky. As a garden, a large grassy plot (300 square meters) descends to a small river lined with irises and reeds. The house is ideal for a couple, two extra beds can however be used upstairs, on the mezzanine. But the slightly steep staircase is not suitable for children. Magnifique pointe du Castel... Penty vue mer proche de la Pointe du Raz, à 10 min d’Audierne et de ses commerces. Criques à pied, plages de Saint Tugen et du Loc'h à proximité. Sentier côtier GR34 à 200m. Le parcours VTT n°11 passe devant la maison. Vous bénéficiez du calme, d'un éco-jardin, d’une terrasse exposée plein sud et d’une cabane pour vélos,surfs... Les écoles de voile, de surf et l'embarcadère Île de Sein sont à proximité. Rayonner vers la baie d’Audierne et la baie de Douarnenez.

Pointe du Raz et Baie des Trépassés à 5 minutes de voiture, plage à proximité 20 minutes à pied, ou pour ceux qui le préfèrent le charmant abri de Pors Loubous à 300 mètres ou les criques environnantes pour les baignades ou les parties de pêche.

Charming 18th century house near the sea

Charming 18th century house, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a small hamlet, a true haven of peace, in the countryside, 10 minutes' drive from the sea. Close to Audierne and its port, Pont-Croix and its small town of character, as well as Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, Quimper. The house consists of four bedrooms including a master bedroom with sink and shower, three other bedrooms upstairs as well as two toilets and a bathroom with bathtub, with a large wooded garden.

Individual house with 4 bedrooms, for 1 to 8 persons. Great situation in a quiet little village, in middle of nature, with an incredible view on the sea. Very nice private garden. Private parking next to the house. At the end of the garden, you have a path to go to the beach or to go hiking along the sea. The Pointe du Raz is 10 minutes by car. If you like surfing, it's a great spot. Bed linen are not included, but can be if you wish, for 20€ more by person.
