The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family.
