Roberto is a great host. Welcoming, full of good advice and did everything she could to make our stay go smoothly. The house is spacious, clean and the terrace allows very sunny breakfasts. The place is very well equipped, we lack nothing. 1 hour from Genoa, La Spezia and Parma, and 40 minutes by train (train station 15 minutes by foot) from the Cinque Terre, the location is perfect for discovering this beautiful region of Italy. Alessia’s apartment is in the heart of old town and she is an exceptional host with lots of information regarding Pontremoli.

We were 5 people in Alessandra's comfortable home, 2 parents and 3 young adults. The house is very spacious, the bedrooms and two bathrooms are very large. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are 2 fans and the 2 bedrooms downstairs are cooler and don't need them. The renovation is recent and everything is very clean. The terrace adjoining the house is not very large but can accommodate 5 people. To get to the garden, you have to go down the stairs of the house, cross the small narrow street and take a path for a few meters. It's really very close to the house, a few meters, but for us it's not the same as having a garden right next to the house. We understood that this was the case but without really picturing things. We loved going to the river which is only a 10 min walk from the house. There are large rocks to sit on and natural pools for swimming. A must see!
