Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Preveza

Excellent property with all the required equipment, location was great with many restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at Akis's place! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with fresh water and fruit. The house itself is a gem, featuring a lovely garden and a central location. Everything you could need is just a minute's walk away, including markets, bakeries, coffee shops, fast food, and a bustling pedestrian area with restaurants and shops. The added convenience of a parking space in Lefkas town is a major bonus. Thank you, Akis, for everything. We had an amazing time at your home!

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. We had a wonderful week in George's villa, starting with a warm welcome from his lovely mum who showed us around. We were then left in peace for the rest of the trip, although George always responded quickly when we sent him questions. The villa is even nicer than the pictures, great AC and plenty of towels. It is atop a hill, with no other villas or roads close by, so you're not overlooked and the view is breathtaking. We didn't hear traffic noise or even dogs barking at night, you feel tucked away in your own private space. The pool is perfect, and stays really clean thanks to the infinity design. The loungers are comfy with the grapevine shade. We used the outdoor BBQ and sat out on the terrace every day, though if you're eating outside you will attract some flies. The location is rural, so there were lots of bugs outside and occasionally inside - not a problem, but something to be aware of and bring insect repellent! There are screens on doors and windows to keep them out.

A very nice place. We arrived very late and even delayed but this was no problem at all. We had telephone contact and Chris quickly came to explain and escort us inside so that we could put our daughter to bed. It was very clean and the private pool was super. Now the second villa happened to not be rented so even more privacy but even if it was you have enough privacy. Tip for the island: Rent a car. The cottage is a perfect point to go in all directions from there. Any tip is a few more tea towels and dishcloths for the kitchen.

The villa is set in a very peaceful setting but it is not isolated with lovely places to eat just a couple of minutes walk away and opposite a place where you could hire bikes and water activities equipment as well as go for a drink, play pool and board games and swim in their larger beautiful pool. Having this across the street was a real bonus as we could go for a drink after eating and we had a lot of fun with the people that run the bar and the locals that also go there most nights. The villa is ideal for families and Nikos was always responsive to anything we asked with lots of recommendations for places to go, beaches, restaurants and anything else we asked about. The villa is very well equipped and he even supplied insect repellent tablets and things to burn outside. Overall I would really recommend this accommodation.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Katerina looked after us wonderfully and was extremely friendly to our children. The pool was fabulous and location great for a few local tavernas, short drive to Nydri for bigger shops. As an improvement point, we were lacking a few kitchen bits (sharp knives/chopping boards etc) and there were a few broken items when we arrived but anything we mentioned was fixed/ provided for us when we asked. Overall a fantastic stay.

If you're looking for peace and tranquility in an immaculate home with killer views, Pure Blue cannot be beat. Athani is definitely off the beaten path and it is a beautiful village close to 3 of the most stunning beaches I've ever seen. A car is recommended to get to these beaches so plan accordingly! We would definitely book here again!

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

We had a wonderfully quiet and relaxing week in the preseason, in the midst of a fantastic landscape and scenery. Several locations were still closed - we enjoyed the hospitable local Greek cuisine all the more! The contact with Evi was very straightforward and friendly and her digital tips were very helpful. We can very well imagine a return!

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.

The house is in a very good spot just outside Lefkada town so it is easy to access all areas of the island. It provides everything you need and is very clean. The hospitality was excellent, prompt response to any questions you may have. If I go back to Lefkada I will definitely prefer to stay there again.

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantinos & Niki’s place. It surpassed our expectations - the pictures don’t do the space justice! A perfect place for friends or family to hangout as there is plenty of room, with many communal areas to use. The pool and outside kitchen area were our favourites. We were also impressed with the quality and amount of the kitchen items available and the white goods. Niki was so helpful and always responsive if we needed her and gave some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you again.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really beautiful location - you will lose hours watching the yachts come in to port from the pool! There is private access to Syvota village from the villa's patio. Perfectly private villa, clean and modern, with a decent kitchen, fully air-conditioned, and large smart TVs throughout. Incredible views from the large balcony overlooking the port and surrounding mountains. You will fall in love with Syvota, it's wonderful restaurants and happy, polite residents. We recommend eating at Syvota Bakery Cafe, Odysseia, and Trocolo Cafe bar - every meal was delicious. Elena was extremely helpful at check-in, a delight to meet, and was always available if we needed to contact her. We would highly recommend this villa and we would come back to stay in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mandalos. Beautiful surroundings and the sunset view was amazing! Great communication with host and everything as described.

We had a lovely stay at this home! It’s wonderfully located at the end of a long bump track, close enough to Sivota for dinner, drinks and ice cream. Definitely need a car to get around but once you’re at the house you have a stunning infinity pool, a private path down to the sea and a hot tub. It’s quiet, calm and has a lot of character. Make sure to get a food, coffee and wine shop before you arrive with all the essentials. We’d love to come back again! Our second time in Sivota and this was a brilliant base. We were 4 adults and 4 children / babies!
