Beachfront holiday rental in Preveza

wij hebben twaalf dagen verbleven in het heerlijke huis van Antonella. De woning voelt ruimer dan de fotos van Airbnb. Het huis heeft een fijne voortuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten, de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Antonella is een fantastische host, we hebben regelmatig wat gevraagd over de omgeving of praktische tips, ze reageert ontzettend snel en is zo vriendelijk. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen waardoor deze locatie een fijne uitvalsbasis is. Door het warme welkom en de gastvrijheid voel je je gelijk thuis. Als we weer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker terug.

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Gialos villas 2. We hopen nog een keer terug te komen. De tuin en privacy is fantastisch en op loopafstand van een mooi strandje. In mei is het in Makris Gialos nog erg rustig en niet alles is open, wij vonden dat erg prettig. Ismini is heel flexibel en denkt mee, ook lief dat ze aan ons kindje van 2 jaar heeft gedacht; babybed, kinderstoel, slabbetje, plastic servies, zelfs peppa big limonade! Fijn dat schoonmaak in overleg kon. Het enige dat voor ons wat lastiger was, is dat 1 slaapkamer boven is (met een tweepersoonsbed) en de andere beneden (met 2 enkele bedden). We wilden ons zoontje niet alleen beneden laten slapen, dus hebben wij in 2 aparte bedden beneden geslapen die helaas vrij hard waren. Het tweepersoonsbed boven was een stuk beter. Het huis is verder van alles voorzien en het was een erg prettig verblijf. Hopelijk tot een volgende keer, dank je wel Ismini!

The view is worth all of it! It’s a small but cozy studio, bear in mind the one with the children’s beds would be more suitable for little children. It is very close to the central part of Parga and when you read complaints about the slope - the whole town is this way, actually this is a great location. And, as mentioned, the view from the balcony is magnificent, worths having that for the morning coffee:)

What a great location. Beautiful sunrise looking out over the water with breakfast on the balcony was a highlight. Apartment located on the edge of Nidri within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes whatever you need. Ideal location for hiring a car, parking off street right in front of apartment and a great base for getting around the island. Flexible check-in was another bonus for this beautiful spot. Highly recommend. Only downside, for me, was that we didn't meet host. But loved the place.

Ein wirklich besonderer Ort direkt am Meer mit eigenem Privatstrand – komplett eingezäunt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Morgens den Kaffee auf dem Steg zu trinken, war ein echtes Highlight. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig, ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir waren zu zweit dort, aber es wäre problemlos auch für sechs Personen geeignet – mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und stets der Möglichkeit, natürlichen Schatten zu finden. Wir waren rundum begeistert und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Heaven on earth! The location is quite breathtaking and the villa is perfectly positioned to be near enough to Spilla Port but remote to enjoy a peaceful holiday. We had a rib for most of our stay which I would thoroughly recommend as having the private beach and option for mooring made for a perfect holiday. The villa is in need of a bit of updating in places and could be better provisioned but this did not spoil our holiday in any way. The owners communicated really well and helped solve any issues that arose and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

The villa is easy to find on a hill with a limited view of the sea. It is not far from the small village of Agios Nikitas where there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is beautiful with outside recliners and chairs. The outside area is brilliant for grilling and just relaxing. Inside the villa has everything one needs and well equipped in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms are in the villa and the 3rd bedroom has a separate entrance in the cellar of the house. The 2 bedrooms are smaller than what you can see in the photos and the 1 bedroom is not possible to use the draws in the cupboard as the nightstand is an obstruction. The bathrooms are spacious and everything was clean. Bath towels and beach /pool towels were provided which I think is a plus. A bottle of wine was in the fridge waiting for us. Elena was a great host and was always contactable and available for any issues or questions.

Great house! Gal is a kind and responsible host who took care of all our needs. The on-site manager Rea was kind and responsive. The location is breathtaking with pleasant and cozy restaurants just a few minutes away. We highly recommend Gal's house for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

We had a fantastic week at Nema Villas 2. Efi was lovely and super responsive to our messages and her Mother Maria greeted us and was really helpful. The villa for 2 is well thought out, very new, sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Lovely pool with an amazing view of the sea. Walkable distance to a couple of tavernas and a short (5) minute drive to the town of Vathy. Also a snack bar/cocktail bar a minute away and great to have drinks as the sun was going down, we also had some food on our first night which was good too. Really quiet and peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. There was also a housekeeper on site, she was lovely and did a couple of washes for us when we there. Thanks to you all, it was a wonderful holiday!

A very good location in the centre of the village. The villa was very clean on arrival and as per the listing and the towels and bed sheets were changed when we expected them to. Thank you for allowing us to stay at the villa.

The villa was in a perfect location for us with a great pool. The nearest ‘neighbour’ was a beautiful tiny church that was open for people to pray and light a candle for their loved ones. Only 80 metres from a virtually empty beach. Several tavernas and a beach bar, which also had a seafood restaurant, in walking distance from the villa. Communication with the charming hosts was excellent. Would highly recommend for those people who want a traditional rural Greek setting but with easy car access to amenities and touring.

We had such a fabulous time in Villa Senecio! The house and pool are a fantastic retreat, with the most amazing panoramic view. The outside space is really stunning- lots of places to sit and eat and enjoy the view. The bedrooms are comfortable, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air-con. We found everything very clean and well equipped - plenty of towels, including pool towels, and a well-stocked kitchen with basics like washing up liquid and vinegar and oil etc provided. We were welcomed by a lovely basket full of local produce - all of which we enjoyed - thank you so much! The pool is big and a good depth to properly swim. Our teenage kids had a brilliant time. Dimitris, who looks after the house, was a gem - very responsive and helpful. At Dimitris’ suggestion we hired a boat in Afteli beach in the south - Akis Rental Boat - were really great. Overall we really loved our holiday. Everything felt very generous and aimed to make us feel comfortable and at home! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa - it was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two children sharing the twin room. The pool area was lovely, safe and plenty of room around the pool to laze around. Loved the secret pathway down to the water allowing us to jump safety into the cool refreshing water. The town itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food. Is slightly too far to walk with young children but is doable in about 20 minutes if not too hot. Vasilliki was our other favourite town (the old port side) and a 15 min drive. Nicole looked after us and communication was very easy and responsive through WhatsAp. All in all it was a lovely, relaxing and easy week - thoroughly recommend. Thanks Penelopy.

**Review:** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming little cottage, and it was an absolute dream. The location is simply unbeatable, with a breathtaking view right above the sea shore. The semi-private beach was perfect for a peaceful retreat, and we didn't even feel the need to visit the public beach. The private terrace was our favorite spot to unwind and soak in the stunning scenery. The tranquility of the place made it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights was the proximity to some fantastic restaurants, particularly Molos, which was out of this world. Being able to walk to such great dining options was a huge plus. Overall, this cottage comfort was a a little basic, but we spent most our day outdoors, so ot didnt matter. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and picturesque escape!

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Ο χώρος και η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι ιδανικά. Η οικοδέσποινα είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστούμε. Πολύ φιλικό και ζεστό κλίμα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Christine's house is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to! Starting with the perfect location—literally a 5-minute walk to the amazing Valtos Beach, and 5 minutes to the fortress, where you get the best view of all of Parga. From the cute little yard of the house, there’s a view of the town and the port with the beautiful colors of the sea; from another angle, you can see the fortress. There are two taverns right outside the house with an amazing sea terrace view, a mini market, and a nice coffee place. The noise cancelling windows do a good job, so we slept very well in the comfortable bed! The house is big, comfortable, and extremely well-designed—it’s clear that every aspect was carefully planned down to the smallest detail. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever imagine! We love cooking, so this was perfect for us. Christine was the nicest host ever—such a lovely, friendly kind, informative, and modest woman. To sum it up: highly recommended!!!

Wir durften eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer verbringen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick aufs Meer, die Waschmaschine und die in der Wohnküche befindliche Klimaanlage. Der kleine Weg zwischen Terrasse und Meer ist absolut nicht störend, er ist nur für Fußgänger und nicht für Autos! Man hat tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und die Restaurants und der Bäcker aber auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der ideale Standort, um die Insel zu erkunden, aber abends trotzdem in Ruhe, ein Glas Wein auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer genießen zu können. Das Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es wäre toll, wenn in Zukunft eine Kaffeemaschine und zwei Sonnenliegen vorhanden wären. Ansonsten hat man alles vorgefunden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht! Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt, und können das Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen.

I am very fussy. I spend hours perusing AirBnB looking for the perfect place.. THIS IS IT. Aspasia and her mother really care about their guests in a natural unobtrusive way. They are very special. The apartment is stylish but does not compromise on looks for comfort. It is very comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided. All basic cooking provisions and some lovely surprises! The sea is right outside and it is possible to swim there but a two minute walk along the edge of the sea will take you to a gently shelving sand/shingle beach where you can easily enter the sea. The sea was beautifully clear and we saw lots of fish. We stayed a week and had a hire car to go around the island (recommended). We are out in the taverna's close to the apartment every night and really enjoyed them. if you are looking to stay in Lefkada - Stay here.

The house that we rented was amazing and the view of the bay from its private terrace and from the bed was absolutely breathtaking. The house had everything that we needed, it was modernly equipped and it was very clean. Christine was really kind, helpful, she welcomed us with delicious homemade treats, and we had a great time talking about Greece with her. The house is accessible by car or by foot and we enjoyed our walks to the beach as well. We would love to come back in our future vacations!

We spend a fantastic week at Katerina's place. Her mother (who lives close by) welcomed us, make sure we had all that we needed, and showed us every possible kindness during our stay - an absolute star! We hired a boat for the week (Katerina had kindly given us a recommendation for boat hire) which we were able to keep alongside the quay in the front of the house, so everyday we simply had to open the door and jump in to start exploring the islands, go snorkelling and enjoy great food in all the local tavernas (Dimitris Taverna next to the house is fantastic). 5 stares all round - thank you very much for making our stay so special!

The stay in Mario's apartment was very pleasant. The room is very comfortable with all the necessary equipment including a kitchenette for quick meals. The location is favorable as within a few meters there are shops, bars and restaurants. Furthermore, a public beach is located very close to the apartment, only 2 minutes walk. Mario's father, a very kind person, gave me the necessary information about the beaches, restaurants and how to get around the island. I highly recommend it to everyone who knows what they are looking for.
