Thank you Anne-Valerie for your warm welcome. My friends and I had an amazing weekend. The setting, the pool, the tranquility... everything was there. A real moment suspended, a parenthesis of happiness for all of us. It is with reluctance that we have handed over the keys 😉 I would recommend this place to stay without a second thought!

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

Loved it here, location was great and the accommodation had everything we needed. The kids loved it and enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be coming back.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The barbecue is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Wow! What a beautiful place to stay. Elisabeth met us when we arrived and showed us around her stunning accommodation. The accommodation was tastefully decorated, with everything that we needed for our stay. The outside space gave wonderful views and was peaceful. The hot tub an added bonus. All in all, 10/10!

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Warm welcome from Florence, quickly available for questions. You will quickly feel at home in the beautiful lodge where everything is available, even a (stick) mixer! Luxury laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Extensive set of garden furniture. Thick white hotel bath towels and beds with a wonderful mattress. Roller shutters, and car can be parked in the indoor garage. Top lodge! Florence also took the time to say goodbye to us the evening before departure. Very friendly. In short: recommended!

Very well located, restful and relaxing accommodation. We were even able to have breakfast outside, great! Lots of games and books for young and old. Nathalie is very responsive and communicates clearly. We will be back!
