I travel through study topics for two months and I really felt at home, a beautiful and quiet place with very good connectivity. I would definitely have it back

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

We spent a week as a family at this lovely place. Very clean and really well equipped (multiple cooking utensils, fondue raclette... and board games). Good location! (1 hour from Mont Blanc , 40 minutes from Annecy and close to Switzerland). Anthony gave us a lot of ideas for going out and cheese (fruit shop). The plus: the stove that heats up when you get back from a walk is really very pleasant! The least: the space lacks sound insulation so as not to be disturbed by the noises of the daily life of the hosts strongly above. But we really recommend this place and will be happy to come back!

I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need including some good books. The cozy living room, complete with a smart TV, was the perfect spot to unwind after a tiring work day. The kitchen was fully stocked including herbs, tea and coffee, allowing me to prepare meals just like I would at home. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, had a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the conveniences and public transports. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly homey and memorable stay. I can't wait to return in future! Free public transport pass is a plus.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

We have been to Morzine many times over the last 8 years and this has been the best apartment and location we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped and the rooms warm and comfortable. The A Line bus was very convenient giving us the option of heading up to Prodains or into the centre of Morzine.

The accommodation is impeccable, refurbished with great taste. Communication is easy with Jacques and Marie-Hélène. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The concierge service that makes the welcome and check-out are also very friendly. The only thing to discuss was the end of stay cleaning; it is indicated as "complete cleaning included" on Airbnb while the concierge informs us that cleaning of the kitchen is not included.

Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

My sisters and I had a lovely 5 day stay here. It was really clean and perfect place to explore the French alps from. We especially enjoyed eating pastries on the balcony in the mornings. Perfect place to stay.

Catherine welcomed us very warmly, despite our late arrival, messages with all instructions, lockbox and cake on the table to welcome us. The apartment was as described in the listing, very clean except for the dusty towel dryer. The location is ideal, quiet, very close to the city center on foot.

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

A fabulous ski week in Morzine. Rachel's apartment was perfect for us - 3 mum's each with our own double bed, and 3 sons in the triple room. The beds were really comfortable and each room is en-suite. We ate in most nights and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. I know Morzine well - this apartment is centrally located near great bars and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the 2 main ski (or bike) lifts. Rachel was very communicative before our stay, and Isobel who met us on arrival and departure was delightful, helpful and also communicative during our stay when we had a couple of questions. Fully recommend.

Lovely weekend. The accommodation is very well furnished and there is nothing missing in the kitchen as in the bathroom. The terrace is great for seeing the sunset over the mountain. The jacuzzi on the way back from our hike.... great! Maud is available and has provided us with all the necessary information. I would highly recommend it!

Great apartment in the middle of Annecy, Élodie was very responsive throughout our stay and very friendly. The accommodation is very well arranged, the balneo is superb and easy to use. I recommend it.
