Die Ferienwohnung „Seaside 2“ liegt ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum von Prerow in gerader Linie zur Seebrücke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum wunderschönen Strand und zur Seebrücke sind es 600 Meter. Diese Ferienwohnung ist 2020 fertiggestellt worden und mit allem Komfort für einen angenehmen Urlaub ausgestattet. Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen, moderne neue Küche mit Kochinsel, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Kaffeemaschine uvm.

Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, salt water surfing; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

With us, you will find a very nice, individual apartment with a small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a separate entrance and your own garden. We are located in a single-family housing estate in the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Direkt hinter dem Deich gelegen, in Zingst verspricht Ihnen unsere komfortabel eingerichtete Ferienwohnung Ruhe und Entspannung in traumhafter Atmosphäre. Die anspruchsvolle 51 m² große, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Residenz am Strand und bietet Ihnen einen offenen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche. Die Küche ist mit allen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet.

The charming thatched cottage, on the Koppelstrom, has been available for your vacation since spring 2016. The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

ReetTraum - Wellness Suite with Terrace

Our modern apartments in the "ReetTraum", completely newly renovated in 2021, are located in a very central location in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The apartment extends with a spacious offer of about 67 m² and space for up to three people. It is located next to the 2 cozy bedrooms the living area incl. Fireplace "electric" as well as a kitchenette, the steam shower completes it in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Crooked Kate

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.

Charming apartment for 4 guests, just 15 minutes' walk from the Baltic Sea beach. You can expect a cozy bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed and a bright living area with a fitted kitchen. You can relax on the terrace with a small garden. Shopping facilities are close, a parking lot and bicycle parking space directly at the house.
