By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . An elegant independent peaceful panoramic rustic residence nestled amidts the scenic and gently rolling hills in Tuscany . This beautiful property is the ideal destination for those who want to experience and enjoy true Italian country living, recommended for families. PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (which is located a few tens of meters from the villa in its own land ) and JACUZZI (located in the garden of the villa ) are open for our guests from June until the end of September.

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
