The apartment is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This cozy loft (40 m2) is a bright open space, heat pump heating systems, fully equipped, with a double bed and a single sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

Located a few meters from the highway, you can access Barcelona city in 20-25 minutes, or the entire Mediterranean coast. You can also go down to the Premia de Mar beach, a wide and very quiet beach, which is 1.7 km away. Our house has all the necessary to make you feel comfortable!! Privacy, tranquility, sun, private pool, garden, Barbecue; you will love resting on it.

Our house consists of two floors with a separate entrance. You will stay on the top floor and enjoy spectacular views of the sea, garden and pool that will be exclusively for you. Ideal to rest and disconnect. Located in the Maresme, 5 minutes from the beach, 22 km from Barcelona, 30 km from the Montmeló circuit. You have mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, golf courses and we have the Poma BikePark-Skatepark considered the best in Europe.

It is a wooden cottage, the space is small but it has a double bed with a wardrobe and table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a table and chairs and views of the sea. It is close to but independent of the host's house.
