Totally independent apartment located on the ground floor of the house. On the upper floor live the owners but each enjoys its own entrance. Guests have private access and a private terrace. The accommodation is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only common areas are the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. However, the owners, very discreet, leave the access to the swimming pool in priority to the hosts. A fully equipped accommodation, ideal for family holidays in a quiet environment between sea and mountains, very close to Barcelona.The property has a large, beautifully planted garden with swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and parasol. You will have a private terrace full of beautiful bougainvilleas to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine and chat quietly over a drink. Access to the pool is direct from your terrace and can be closed by a gate for the safety of young children. Similarly, the stairway to the terrace can be closed by a grid. The living room is spacious and bright and is equipped with a large ceiling fan. The large master bedroom has a bathroom en suite with hydromassage shower, large closets, wardrobes and storage.The decoration is neat with especially beautiful paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, as at home, to cook good meals in comfort. The house is located in Montcabrer district, the most popular of Cabrils for its flower-filled houses, its pine-lined streets, and close to all amenities. Everything is at your fingertips here including the traditional bakery Elias offering the best bread in the area and the tapas bar Espinaler very popular with locals where you can take "vermut", a typical aperitif of Barcelona accompanied by some tapas. You will be able to park your car easily in street, right in front of the house, in complete safety. The beaches of Cabrera and Vilassar are less than 5 minutes by car or bus whose stop is 400 m from the house. Barcelona and Sagrada Familia are only 30 minutes away by car. You can also get to Barcelona very easily by train from Vilassar; A bus will take you to Renfe Station from the stop near the accommodation. Beautiful walks in the mountains of Cabrils will make you discover a panoramic view of the Maresme and Barcelona. A short hike from the house to Burriac Castle on the heights of Cabrils / Cabrera will offer you a breathtaking view of the hinterland and Mataro. You will be able to appreciate the numerous excellent restaurants around; Cabrils is also called "the little gastronomic oasis of the Maresme".And of course, you will enjoy the famous "chiringuitos", restaurants on the beach with a holiday atmosphere par excellence. Lola is a naturopath and a well-known therapist and author and often organizes meditation sessions and other wellness activities at home

Our family home consists of two floors with separate entrances. You will stay on the top floor and enjoy spectacular ocean, garden and pool views that will be exclusive to you. Ideal to rest and disconnect. Located in the Maresme, 5 minutes from the beach, 22 km from Barcelona, 30 km from the Montmeló circuit. You have mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, golf courses and we have the Poma BikePark-Skatepark considered the best in Europe.

A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.

From our centrical place you could reach the most important sights in Barcelona by foot. There also 4 undreground lines and many buses very close for visit all places in the city. When you arrive at home you could cook, relax and sleep confortabily. Tourist tax, 5 per person and day, is included yet in the price.

It is a small wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and a table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a small table and chairs and ocean views. It is close but independent of the host's house.
