Pleasant apartment of 40 m² on the ground floor in a house of character in the heart of the village of Prémanon. You will enjoy an entrance with storage, a bedroom with bunk bed 90/190 (possibility of 1 mattress in +), the living room includes a living room with sleeping 140/200, a kitchen with everything you need for friendly meals. The bathroom also has toilets. You benefit from a park space as well as direct access to a terrace of 20 m² with nature view.

From this point you can go down to the base of the resort and reach the Dole Tuffes ski area. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach the Darbella for Nordic skiing. Also possible to snowshoe from the apartment or the villages. In summer the region offers lakes, hikes, summer sleds, cycling, mountain biking, tree climbing...

Your cocoon for 2 people is located on the 1st floor of my house. The entrance is well separated, you are totally independent. The nearby nature offers beautiful opportunities for walks in the forest. You will appreciate my place for the interior spaces, the cocoon, the tranquility. My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers. I live there but no opposite, the entrance is separate and I am available for any information.

Beautiful view of the plain – 3 km from the center of Les Rousses – next to the Swiss border. Ski slopes 5 minutes away. Residence with tennis and heated open pool (July-August) and games room with ping pong table. During the Christmas, February and summer holidays, I only rent by the week.
