The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the cross-country ski slopes, a 5-minute drive from the alpine ski slopes. In summer, many hiking trails and mountain bike trails are available to you from the accommodation. It is 600 m from the center of the village and the Proxi. A nearby fish farm as well as amenities (laundromat with laundry, Aldi, Lidl, Intermarché, city center, market...) and the via ferratta from the rock to Dade (5 km). Warning, mezzanine bed (claustrophobes should refrain: the mattress must not be moved from the mezzanine), height under mezzanine of 1.82 m (bathroom, kitchen worktop).
