Holiday rentals with a patio in Prem

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, you feel right at home. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple dishes. The apartment is also very child-friendly. I will gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or via short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also check-in and check-out very uncomplicated, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

Angelika is a great host. We felt comfortable from the first minute and everything was just perfect. In the beautiful apartment in the middle of nature, there were small touches everywhere, such as fresh flowers on the table, sweets, fresh eggs, even a Hugo with mint and lime!!! The contact was very warm. Thank you Angelika for everything, we can only highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Amy is a wonderful and very warm hostess. The contact with her was super friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. She was always available and took great care to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We were particularly pleased to see how much she loves animals. Our dogs were warmly welcomed and felt just as comfortable as we did. The accommodation is well equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a supermarket nearby (only about 5 minutes' walk). The view from the accommodation is simply fantastic, we enjoyed it very much! We had a great time at Amy's and would come back anytime. Clear recommendation!

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. A personal highlight for us: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

Modern and high-quality furnished apartment. We stayed here with friends for a few nights and enjoyed it very much. Tasteful and clean. Had a great and uncomplicated stay. Highly recommended!

The house is an architectural gem with great views. The clear line and the reduction to a few materials (wood) is complemented by high-quality furniture. The upholstered furniture and textiles, such as pillows and carpets, as well as the pictures and books, give the living room a feel-good atmosphere. An additional plus is the cleverly integrated sauna in the basement with a loggia that is not visible from the outside. We felt very comfortable in the house and would be happy to come back.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and high-quality furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was forecast. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the large amount of wood. From Großweil, you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets, if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here for 4 adults and 1 child. It was a really great house with everything that we needed. Light, bright and plenty of space. Lovely little welcome gift was well received as well. Only feedback is that some parts of the house were a bit dusty and needed a wipe or rinse before use such as the bath and kitchen drawers. It didn’t bother us and didn’t take away from a fantastic stay. We would stay here again if we were over this way.

We had a great time in the cozy, well-equipped ground floor apartment. The kitchen is great, the bathroom is modern, everything was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. We particularly liked the lovingly laid out, spacious garden – a real highlight for relaxing. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature. Rosalin is a warm, helpful hostess with many tips. We rented e-bikes in Lengenwang and were able to do great tours through fields and small towns. Various hiking areas and many lakes can be reached quickly by car. Since there is another apartment upstairs, you occasionally get a little bit of the life "above" - but that did not bother us and somehow belongs in such a house. If you are looking for nature, tranquility and charming accommodation, you have come to the right place. We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Andreas was very helpful with information about the location. Nikolett was very friendly and responsive. It’s a very peaceful area and a nice place to stay.

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

The stay was great and peaceful. More than enough beds for people and well maintained.

The stay was indescribably beautiful. At breakfast with a view of the mountains and the golf course, we felt completely at ease – almost like at home! Thanks to the pleasant communication, we were even able to check out a little later, which was very convenient for me after participating in the ZUT. A very clear recommendation for all those who want to treat themselves to a visit to this oasis of well-being! In the end, I said to my girlfriend: "Shall we ask if we can extend for one night?" I think that says it all. ✌🏻🫶
