Monthly Rentals in Preko

Had a lovely stay. A lovely little apartment nested in a group of traditional homes, half way up a hill. Katarina and her mum were so helpful and kind. The apartment had everything needed for cooking. It was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable too. The terrace was big, and had sea view and lots of sunshine. Short walk downhill to cafes, bars and supermarket.lots of lovely places to swim in the crystal clear water. You have to be OK with walking, or rent a car as there are no taxis or local buses. There are buses that go to other places on the island though.There is one taxi company 12km away.

I loved absolutely everything about Karmen’s house. It was comfortable and d cozy. I slept very well and loved looking at the stars out of the sky lights. Karmen and her sister answered any question. Also, the wifi was great and the shower had plenty of hot water. Great location. I will definitely stay again on a future trip to Preko!

Beautiful villa with a warm hostess. Apartment 3 on the 2nd floor is huge for 2 people. The balcony with a sea view invites you to linger. Good location directly on the sandy beach of Jaz. Everything is within walking distance. In the off-season, you can spend a nice and quiet holiday there. Many thanks to the dear hostess.
