Refurbished 2-room apartment of 33 m2 in the extension of our house in a residential area on the hills of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen). Very quiet because it overlooks a courtyard. Parking possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs in the attic PLEASE NOTE: There is a €15 surcharge if you use the sofa bed, unless you bring your own duvet. We offer four bedrooms and spacious living rooms in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites in the Andelle Valley. Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest. The private woods of Fontaine-Guérard and Bonnemare are also open to our guests.

The bedroom consists of a 140 x 190 cm double bed as well as a 90 x 190 cm single bed and a desk equipped with fiber optic internet. Guests can enjoy a dedicated outdoor area and park in the secure inner courtyard.
