Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Prazeres

Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter. il est très propre, parfaitement équipé et tres bien situé pour visiter une grande partie de l'île. le quartier est calme et il y a un supermarché juste àcôté. De plus, il y a une place de stationnement. Enfin, les échanges avec nos hôtes ont été très faciles. un grand merci!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. José war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über die frischen Eier und das Gemüse haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Der Aufenthalt bei Maria war einfach super. Sie hat uns zur Begrüßung privat in Empfang genommen und es standen sogar frische Blumen auf dem Küchentisch. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für die Verhältnisse auf Madeira gut gehalten. Die Bettwäsche roch frisch gewachsen und wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt - einfach super!☺️ Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super ruhig, etwas höher, gelegen. Stellplatz für ein Auto ist vorhanden. Bei Fragen stand Maria jederzeit zur Verfügung und auch ihr Sohn war über die App sofort zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

C'est un lieu extrêmement reposant calme avec un beau jardin une véranda qui permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur avec vue sur la mer. L'intérieur est très confortable, nous avons surtout apprécié la quiétude des lieux . Nasha est très sympathique et prête à rendre service , sa confiture est excellente ! Bref nous avons passé un séjour bien chouette et recommandons ce lieu aux personnes aimant le calme , à savoir que la levada est joignable à pieds( montée impressionnante mais réalisable..) en suivant el camino de los mohinos en direction de Prazeres et Calheta . Le gîte est à 10 mn en voiture de la plage de Calheta ce qui est un plus.

Sofia met us at the square upon arrival in Jardim do Mar and walked us to the house. She showed us where everything was and made sure we were well settled. We loved that the kitchen was well equipped for real cooking! We enjoyed meals on the beautiful patio. We felt extremely safe in the area. Our 7 year old daughter could walk to our friends' home around the corner (we would never let her do that at home). The beds were comfortable and towels were well stocked. We also loved having a washing machine and clothes line. We would definitely stay there next time we visit our friends!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The house is extremely clean and matches the pictures perfectly. We even had freshly stocked groceries when we arrived which was a huge plus after 3 long flights. This location is so close to many delicious restaurants and the beach. We absolutely loved the pool and sun bed. 10/10 recommend!!! We already want to plan another trip back 🩷 THANK YOU!

The house was clean, beautiful an amazing view, comfortable bed, and a well appointed kitchen. It had everything we needed. Felipe had a lot of great suggestions for dining, groceries and anything else one could ask for. He made the check in easy. Everything was great!

Nous avons séjourné 13 nuits chez Fatima. Nous n'avons jamais eu de logement aussi propre ! Certe le logement est humide mais Fatima fait en sorte que l'on soit le plus à l'aise possible (draps de rechange, serviettes en grande quantité etc.). L'appartement est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue est splendide ! Fatima et sa famille savent nous accueillir, ce sont des personnes d'une grande gentillesse et très réactives lors de nos demandes. Le seul point négatif, mais qui est minime face à tout le potentiel du logement est l'isolement sonore. Le plafond n'est qu'un plancher et nous pouvons entendre Fatima et sa famille marcher si nous restons la journée à l'appartement. Le bruit ne nous a jamais réveillé ni empêché de nous endormir. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce logement et nous savons maintenant où loger si nous avons l'occasion de revenir visiter la magnifique île de Madère.

Superbe petit appartement en front d’océan, on ne peut pas faire plus proche. La vue du petit balcon est donc exceptionnelle et le bruit des vagues vous berce pour une déconnexion totale. Appartement fonctionnel, arrivée en autonomie, parking disponible gratuitement à à peine 50m à pieds. Appartement climatisé pour ceux dont le bruit de l’océan dérange fenêtres ouvertes.

This was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in! Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Check-in was effortless, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location is perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We’re already looking forward to booking again!

à notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli par Ana. Elle nous a tout expliqué et nous avons même pu arriver un peu en avance dans l'appartement. Elle nous a donné des conseils de visite, de restaurant, et aussi elle nous a indiqué le supermarché le plus proche. Ana a été au top !!! L'appartement est parfait, il y a tout ce qu'il faut même encore plus que ce qu'on avait imaginé. Merci pour tout! Nous avons pu profiter à fond de cette île magnifique . Et Gabriel a passer quasiment toute ses soirées dans la piscine 😄 merci encore de notre part à tous les 3

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is a dream – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with so much love and fully equipped with everything you need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. Filip and his family live above, but you still have complete privacy with your own entrance. Filip is such a kind and helpful host – we received great tips about the area. His wife Renata surprised us with the most delicious cinnamon rolls we’ve ever tasted! The neighbor was also incredibly friendly and gifted us fresh bananas from his own garden. Renata and Filip went above and beyond to make our stay special – they even provided gifts and baby food for our little one. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate – it’s a true gem!

Logement impeccable, terrasse au top c'est vraiment un + Barbecue disponible très agréable ! Petit bémol sur la literie et sur l'odeur de renfermé présente dans la maison. Attention, parking en haut d'une pente très raide, difficile d'accès depuis la route...

Logement propre, très bien situé. A 20 min de la plupart des randonnées. Très bien situé pour visiter tout l’ouest de l’île ! Nous n’avons pas eu de difficultés pour nous garer. A 50m de la plage et de plusieurs restaurants. Seul bémol, on entend les bruits de la rue et des voisins s’ils ne sont pas discrets. Ça n’a pas été un problème pour nous car Élvio avait fourni des boules quies. Personne ayant un sommeil léger ou ne supportant pas les boules quies, s’abstenir !

Great location in a perfect apartment. Clean, scenic and has everything you need. Pool as an extra! Jardim Do Mar is a great place to be for a relaxing time and this apartment is the perfect accompaniment for the village. Friendly dog and two cats if you’re animal lovers.

Danke an Joana und Juan für den herzlichen Empfang in eurer Unterkunft. Die lokalen Tipps von Juan waren toll und das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und alles ist in bestem Zustand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Maria’s 8th-floor apartment was perfect! Super clean, spacious, and the balcony had amazing views of the marina, Santa Catarina park, and the city. It has two bedrooms — one with a double bed, the other with two singles — both with private bathrooms and closets. There are three bathrooms total, all spotless. The kitchen had everything, plus a dishwasher and coffee machine. Laura, who welcomed us, was so kind and helpful. She messaged me before arrival, arranged parking, explained everything in the apartment, and even brought us a big bottle of water and fresh coffee capsules the next day. She also gave great local tips. The building has great security and private parking. Honestly, the whole stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madeira — close to everything!

A lovely apartment: convenient, well-situated and pleasant views. Good location if you have a hire car; Funchal isn’t far at all, and there are many local shops and restaurants. Host-wise, unless you speak a little Portuguese, it can be slightly difficult; Jose is happy to call and speak for his mother. Very friendly and welcoming!!!

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Lauren und André waren immer erreichbar und haben sich schnell um unsere Fragen und Angelegenheiten gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

The apartment was perfect for our family, a great base to explore the island. Well equipped for a family though we only used for breakfast, eating out in the many local restaurants . The bakery downstairs is fabulous , serving breakfast, lunch and snacks..

Can’t recommend enough. Clean, fantastic space, great location. Marina really helpful and always responsive. Well equipped kitchen with everything for meals in but equally a 10 minute drive into Funchal. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the location means everything is easily accessible. Supermarket across the road. We didn’t hire a car because the location was so great.

Pobyt w apartamencie u Jennifer uważam za jeden z lepszych w jakich byłam. Nasza grupa czuła sie w mieszkaniu bardzo komfortowo, mieliśmy dużo miejsca i każdy mógł swobodnie spędzić czas. Widok z balkonu byl świetny, widok na ocean i okoliczne plantacje bananów cieszyło nasze oczy. Posiłki przygotowywaliśmy sami w kuchni, która była w pełni wyposażona oraz było bardzi dużo naczyń i sztućców. W pokoju z grillem i bilardem super spędzaliśmy wieczory, każdy znalazl coś dla siebie ;) Bardzo polecam pobyt u Jennifer, najlepsza opcja jaka można spotkać na wyspie.
