Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Prazeres

We had a great time at the house. Kevin reacts fast on questions. Location is great with an amazing view on the ocean. Our kids enjoyed the garden room and the garden itself. Small improvements are possible to make it great: the garden room is not "air tight" so insects can easily go inside, since it was raining a lot before we arrived there were a lot of small millipede insects inside (even after removing they were there already a couple of hours later). And not all pictures show the current state (some accessories are not there anymore). Besides those things we had a perfect time and would recommend the house :)

If you want a more authentic/meet friendly local farmers/quiet and extremely awesome host experience. This is it !!! Seriously never encountered a more welcoming experience. The eggs, the cake and fruit that welcomed us was amazing and unexpected. The cleanliness and washer / dryer and all the needed details were covered. Beautiful house. The driveway is easy to miss if you're not paying close attention the first time. Well equipped kitchen. Next to a walking trail by the sea. Well situated to drive to other attractions around the island. Fanal forest, P Moniz, Santana, PR16, were not far away.

The Nobrega house was really beautiful!! So lovingly furnished and the location and view is an absolute dream. Well-equipped and great communication with Bernice and Simon. We'd come back in a heartbeat ☺️

Pedro is the best thing about this place the man is a legend really kind and helpful goes over and beyond. The place is so nice pool is amazing with fantastic views. I can not fault the place. Over three floors we had 12 people in it and didn’t feel cramped. Book this place you will not regret it

We were in Madeira for a week and we loved our stay! Opção was super responsive and available. The view from the balcony was even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The location was very intimate. We highly recommend this place.

An unforgettable stay! Christina and Aleixo are exceptional hosts. They spontaneously picked us up from the airport and took us back again - an incredible service! Thanks to their help, we were able to rent a scooter easily and without hidden costs. Together, we ate at local restaurants and experienced the island authentically. The accommodation was even more beautiful than described – clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything. But what really made this holiday special was their warm, almost family-like nature. They were always available, had great insider tips for excursions and simply took care of us in a touching way. We didn't feel like guests, but like friends. Thank you for this wonderful time – we'll be back!

it was a really very nice big house with a paradisical balcony and a magnificent view over the whole village at less than 300 meters high. You have to have a car very clearly,otherwise it could be problematic. It actually gets cold at night and in the morning, but there are at least mobile heating devices in the apartment. Unfortunately, we also noticed cockroaches in the direct reference, but after we removed 5 pieces, we didn't have a problem with it anymore

We had a pleasant stay at Ivone and Garry's. The apartment has an amazing view of the sea and everything you need. We will definitely come back for a future stay in Madeira!

This accommodation is a peaceful, secluded gem surrounded by beautiful nature. Though tucked away, it’s still close to major attractions. The hosts were super responsive and amazingly offered us an earlier check-in time as their cleaning had finished earlier that day. The place was spotless and well stocked with everything you'd need to feel at home and having a dishwasher & washing/drying facilities made things feel so relaxed and the BBQ & hot tube was great to have for the evenings. The view was beautiful, and the house was a perfect size and location for a little romantic getaway. It isn't a long journey to get to areas like Funchal or Porto Monis, and there's a large number of PR walks nearby, too.

If you are going to stay in Madeira , this is one of the nicest places you can stay in. The setting of this home is beautiful, and is located in a very pretty town with some great choices of restaurants and bars. The terrace has a stunning view and the kitchen space has everything you need for cooking should you want to do that. Bed is really comfy after days of exploring. We managed to park in the car park in the town every day - feels a hire car is a great asset in Madeira. Alessio is extremely friendly and makes you feel right at home when you arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! José went above and beyond to make our visit as smooth and comfortable as possible. We made a last-minute booking and afterwards made a request for a baby cot, and they managed to find one for us within just a few hours- something we truly appreciated as traveling with a little one isn’t always easy. Communication was excellent throughout our stay; the host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with every question we had. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The house exceeded our expectations. It is very modern and the pictures online illustrated the property perfectly. The location was perfect for us - located within a couple of minutes walk from a levada. It was so quiet and peaceful with lovely views from the upstairs patio. The property was very well equipped with everything you could need. Although it seems quite isolated it is only a ten minute drive to Calheta with lots of bars and restaurants. Fernando and Nelia were very accommodating hosts and were very generous in leaving fruit, eggs and other treats for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which was very welcome after a hard days walking. We highly recommend this property.

The property easily lives up to the description and the pictures. The houses are fully equipped, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The swimming pools offer stunning unobstructed views of the ocean during the day and of the sky at night. There are no road noises, the place is truly calm. Grocery stores are a few minutes away by car, as are restaurants. Numerous hikes can be found in the region. The host is very reactive and will provide many recommandations related to restaurants and activities. Renting both houses to two families is a great way to spend time together while also having some privacy. I would go back there without any hesitation.

We had a lovely stay in this accomodation. It was nice to explore an area outside of Funchal and was a good base to explore around the island. The place was very clean and the view was stunning. The hosts were very kind and friendly at both check in and check out. I would highly recommend!

We had wonderful days at the property and would book them again anytime. There was everything you needed and very clean.

Karol place is definitely a home away home, you relax soon as you step through the door. Very peaceful which is what we like. But also not far from anything. Communication with Karol was great. The lavada walks that start about 2 min up from the villa are definitely worth a stroll, one will take you to Panoest cafe and the other way to Bar Do Papagaio.

Martin was great at communicating and the home was beautiful. The views from the hot tub are spectacular! Would stay here again.

Unbelievable view and house, we had such a great stay here enjoying the pool and all the location had to offer. Madeira was such a beautiful island to explore and was great to come back and relax at Rui’s house after exploring. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a private place with a great view of the ocean.

Lovely house. Complete and lots of privacy. No amenities within walking distance. No problem for us, but something to keep in mind. The house is also high, which can save a few degrees. If you are staying here, please remember to go for dinner at the Sunshine Pub&Grill. Highly recommended, see also reviews on Google.
