House holiday rentals in Prazeres

What a wonderful place to stay and for us perfect location to explore beautiful Madeira. 6 of us stayed for 1 week, the accommodation was perfect with various areas to spread out. We spent most of our evenings around the pool side, playing games and soaking up the views. The home has everything a family would need to enjoy your stay. Local shops, cafes and restaurants 10min walk up hill. Fully recommend if you are able to take a 1 day jeep tour of the island as Madeira has some spectacular scenery, valleys, mountains, villages and locations to explore. Contact with the host was effortless and always quick with responding. We loved our stay.

After a smooth and flexible check-in process, we immediately felt comfortable and settled in well. The accommodation was well equipped, clean and tidy as described. The beds were very comfortable and clean. We liked the quiet location, a small supermarket, a bakery and the pizzeria around the corner are highly recommended and easy to reach. Also nearby is another small restaurant within walking distance, which is supposed to be good, but we were not guests there. A little further around the corner, you can enjoy the sunset in May. This is highly recommend. We were also very satisfied with Alfredo. Communication was friendly and helpful. The only thing we were missing was a vacuum cleaner. If we had stayed a little longer, we would have been happy to soak up the atmosphere. But it also came with a broom :o) - really a small shortcoming. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and will be happy to come back.

This was a delightful place to stay. Very private and so many facilities for a small place. Beautiful views, swimming pool and honesty bar. A total hidden gem.

The accommodation was simply great and exceeded our expectations! The house is really huge, you have a lot of space and privacy, even if you are traveling as a group. The pool was heated at our request and the temperature was very pleasant. It's simply a dream to be able to watch the sunset while lying in the pool. The amenities were also great, everything we needed was there. In addition, a garage, we could park the second car in front of the gate. The location was quiet, only on weekends there is a lot going on in the restaurants at the end of the street, also many motorcyclists who are not exactly quiet. But it was still fine. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended and the landlord is very friendly.

This place is awesome! Elvio is the best host. Clear instructions and directions (it’s a tricky place to find) but his instructions were perfect. The pool is private and a good home base after lots of hiking. We recommend hiking as early as possible and going back to enjoy the pool later. The restaurant up the mountain from the house is amazing (Calheta Green). And a recommendation from the host. Love this place!

I recommend this place without hesitation. it is very clean, perfectly equipped and very well located to visit much of the island. the area is quiet and there is a supermarket right next door. Plus, there's a parking spot. Finally, communication with our hosts was very easy. A big thank you!

We really had a great week in this house and are just happy with our choice. You come in and feel right at home, almost like a second home, only on holiday. Everything is super clean and the decor is not only cozy, but also practical. The kitchen is well equipped – we enjoyed cooking. Thank you Nelia for the nice welcome and fresh fruit! We were very satisfied and felt extremely comfortable. The view from the bedroom and balcony is a dream. The house is really big, the kitchen is very well equipped and you have a lot of privacy. Yamila is friendly and always available. We will be happy to come back!

Finding a better host is really hard. The AirBnB is super clean and perfectly equipped. Ana was always there for us with all questions. She has also written a really great travel guide. If we were to fly back to Madeira, we would not hesitate to take an AirBnB from her.

We had a very good stay in Jardim Do Mar and the accommodation contributed greatly to it thanks to its beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where we were able to have all our meals. The environment is very exotic, the accommodation spacious. Be careful, it's a bit of a climb and there are a lot of stairs to go up. But that's also why the view is beautiful! We recommend this accommodation!

Such an amazing space! Our family highly enjoyed our stay. The home is more beautiful than the pictures. The pool was lovely and the location was great for hiking as well as trips to Funchal. We would love to come back again!

Absolutely loved our stay here for the week! We loved the ability to walk into town and grab food at any time. We found a number of great restaurants! We also loved being within the energy of the town of Camara De Lobos. It was very warm, welcoming, and vibrant. We loved the home and felt it was clean, beautiful, and the perfect opportunity to slow down life and enjoy the sound of the ocean. The breeze was able to keep us cool (mid February visit for us), the sound of the ocean helped us drift off peacefully, and we enjoyed the opportunity to lounge in the sun on the many decks available. Parking was simple and free right around the house. We had very prompt communication and felt very supported. Overall the location was a great spot to adventure to the rest of the island. If we ever return to Madeira this is where we will be staying!

The villa was beautiful - stunning location - and perfectly furnished. Lovely walk to Ponta do Sol village but the walk back is not for the faint hearted - Bolt is available :-) Whilst there were a few teething issues on arrival, Rita was super responsive and helpful in sorting any problems and our stay was great. It was a lovely stay in a stunning villa with amazing views and we would love to come back.

We (two couples) had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The house is a little more spacious than we thought. Nice view. Lovely swimming pool. On this slope, clouds sometimes prevented the sun from showing itself. You have to take the car to get to restaurants. Hosts always responded quickly to a message from us. All in all recommended!

Everything was perfect! The host was super friendly. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, the place was clean and exactly as described. When we had a small issue, the host responded quickly and solved it right away. Check-out was just as easy. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, peaceful and spacious outdoor area for a wonderful Madeira stay! Out of the hustle and bustle of the beach towns and nestled in your private oasis but still within a few minutes of snack bars, groceries and trails! Thank you Hugo!

We had a lovely stay in Madeira at this property. Lovely facilities throughout the place, with the pizza oven, jacuzzi and the hammock (our favourite) all very nice additions to the property which were thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We opted not to heat the pool but the temperature was fine to swim in anyway! In terms of location the area is very peaceful and scenic however at the cost of activities often being a slightly further drive. We did not find this to be an issue throughout our stay however! Definitely recommend renting a car if staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The view and atmosphere are incredible. We were very comfortable here, and the welcome basket was a very pleasant surprise, perfect for an evening meal. We highly recommend this home if privacy and relaxation is what you are looking for after a long day of hiking and exploring!
