Location: Convenient, Hua Mak Airport Rail Link (ARL) and BTS-linked station are 2-3 minute walks. Condo: Modern & well-managed. Small gym. Sparkly-clean 25 metre pool OK for lap-swimming & mostly empty but early evening tends to become a play pool. Apartment: Quiet with a pleasant IKEA style that maybe needs to extend to cutlery, bed linen and some softer alternatives to some harsh overhead lighting (USB lights?) Tip #1: AirBNB in Thailand? travel with your own versions of those items! Tip#2: find secret condo rear gate and take a shortcut next to canal & across rail-tracks to Hua Mak ARL. On the far side of the ARL there’s a small local night food market and bar - quiet and more authentic than the food market at the front of the condo. Tip#3: Try the egg/banana/Milo roti at stall directly in front of condo entrance. Not healthy, but yummy! Finally … the Host: Outstanding! Minor issues were dealt with super-fast. Khun Bee is ‘on the ball’ at all times.

We received a very friendly welcome and were given information about our stay. The accommodation is as described in the advertisement. It is located in a quieter area, so you have to plan a little more time to get to the center. Everything we needed was available for our 2 nights. We felt comfortable. The use of the pool has to be paid daily per person - if it is used.

Just as listed. Nice, private condo, very nice location. Lucas was very responsive, I never had to wait over 10 minutes to hear back if I had any questions. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Bangkok. I most definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this facility. The location and amenities were convenient and enjoyable. The gym and swimming pool were particularly well-equipped and maintained. The host, Virut, was exceptional in providing attentive service and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. We highly recommend this facility and will certainly consider using it again in the future.
