An elegant independent peaceful panoramic rustic residence nestled amidts the scenic and gently rolling hills in Tuscany . Cozy Chianti Villa close to Florence. This 135sqm stone house has a rustic kitchen with a fireplace. It sleeps 9 guests in 3 rooms, but for groups of 11, a 4th bedroom is included. Smaller groups can add it for extra comfort (extra fee). Enjoy the private garden with a covered dining area, a patio with armchairs and parking. The ground floor is fully wheelchair-friendly (kitchen, bedroom, bath). Plus, A/C and a private Jacuzzi (extra fee) for relaxing under the stars!

The house has a private garden of 100 square meters with a tub usable with a depth of 60 cm. Two squares usable for your relaxing and fun, from admire the view, and space for eat outside. WI-FI free. The interior is distributed over two floors: on the first large living room with fireplace, SmartTV, eat area, kitchen and room with pizza oven (there are 2 sofa/bed). On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and 1 with a bunk bed and 1 bathroom.
