Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Prato

Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

We had a great stay! Tommaso was flexible to meet our needs and the apartment was perfectly clean and comfortable.

L' appartamento è situato vicino alle Cascine, 5 Min a piedi dalla Tramvia per il Centro. É piccolo ma ha tutto per sentirsi bene e la posizione é ideale per visitare Firenze. Per noi poi perfetto per il Concerto alla Visarno Arena raggiungibile a piedi. il check era senza complicazioni e Marta molto disponibile a lasciarci fare anche il Checkout tardi, abbiamo apprezzato di non dover lasciare la appartamento subito alle 11.00 ma in pomeriggio...evitando così di stare in città al caldo visto che il nostro bus partiva la sera. Torneremo!

Oh my goodness! What can I say about Marco….except that he is amazing, adorable, kind, flexible, and communicative. The Perfect host!! He met us at the door! He helped us with our luggage, showed us his amazing and large apartment. He was only a phone call away if we had any questions which I did. He answered right away! He has this amazing scrapbook that his mother drew that explains everything that you need to know for Florence! The bed was comfy and large. The air conditioner was cold. I highly recommend!!

Wow! what a beautiful apartment and location. Federica was amazing with communication and she had thought of every amenity in the apartment. The apartment is in close proximity to the station, market & Duomo and if you need something to eat, just step right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again..the apartment is on the 3rd level with no lift, so it can be a bit tricky, but still manageable. Loved, loved, lovee it.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Für den Check-in mussten wir uns vor Ort mit der Gastgeberin treffen. Die zeitliche Absprache verlief total unkompliziert. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf San Gimignano war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist vollkommen ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat uns ein Parkticket organisiert, dadurch haben wir deutlich günstiger geparkt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! Thank you both for sharing your home with us!

Lucrezia ist ein toller und zuvorkommender Host. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Terrasse und der Garten der Unterkunft.

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en famille en Toscane. La maison était parfaite, grande, bien équipée, climatisée avec une piscine et espaces extérieurs pour diner au frais. Patrizia est une superbe hote de bon conseil et discrète. Nous avons apprécié l authenticité de cette maison Toscane dont les murs ont 500 ans. Nous étions proches des belles villes toscanes. Je recommande cette belle maison pour une immersion typique en Toscane

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara et Cristiano et leur fils ont été des hôtes très amicaux, à l’écoute et aidants. Leur maison est un havre de paix au milieu d’une magnifique nature, d’un calme reposant et bénéfique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lorenzo et Francesca ,dans un petit village paisible où les habitants sont sympathiques.Le logement est atypique avec tout le confort adéquat. Dépaysement garantie, avec un coucher de soleil magnifique et une région aux paysages sublimes... Merci à Francesca et Lorenzo pour leurs bons conseils. Si vous aimez l'authenticité et la tranquillité, alors n'hésitez pas...

Die Unterkunft ist einfach wundervoll und hat ihren ganz eigenen Charme! Der Empfang war sehr familiär und persönlich, sodass man sich auch direkt wohlgefühlt hat. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt und auch darüber hinaus befinden sich viele nützliche Utensilien in der Unterkunft. Francesca ist eine wirklich sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin die uns von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl im Urlaub gegeben hat. Man kann von hier die Toskana sehr gut erkunden und auch fussläufig sehr schöne Regionen erkunden. Leider ist die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft unbefestigt und etwas schwieriger zu erreichen, aber ansonsten ist die Unterkunft einfach perfekt.

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Casa come da descrizione: spaziosa, in zona comoda per raggiungere il centro di Firenze e la Visarno Arena e soprattutto pulitissima. C'era tutto il necessario e le comodità, la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

This place is close to the Santa Maria Novella area. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, you can grab a 5 min bus to the duomo. Otherwise you can still walk. The place is just as described, you have everything you need and if you need any accommodations the host is always attentive and ready to help. Amazing stay for 2 days in Florence!

We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
