Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Prato

Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

The apartment is located near the Cascine, 5 minutes' walk from the Tramway to the Centre. It is small but has everything to feel good and the location is ideal for visiting Florence. For us, it was also perfect for the concert at the Visarno Arena, which is within walking distance. the check-in was uncomplicated and Marta was very helpful in letting us do the late Checkout, we appreciated not having to leave the apartment immediately at 11.00 a.m. but in the afternoon...thus avoiding being in the city in the heat since our bus left in the evening. We'll be back!

Great for those who wish to explore unexplored italy while being closer to pisa/florence

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Wow! what a beautiful apartment and location. Federica was amazing with communication and she had thought of every amenity in the apartment. The apartment is in close proximity to the station, market & Duomo and if you need something to eat, just step right outside your door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again..the apartment is on the 3rd level with no lift, so it can be a bit tricky, but still manageable. Loved, loved, lovee it.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

We had to meet the host on site for check-in. The time arrangement was totally uncomplicated. After a short briefing, we immediately felt comfortable. The view from the balcony of San Gimignano was beautiful. The apartment is perfectly adequate and beautifully furnished. The hostess arranged a parking ticket for us, so we parked much cheaper. We would stay there again at any time.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

This was an extremely cute apartment. It really felt lived in which was such a nice change of pace. We felt right at home. Agnese's instructions were super clear and we had all the information we needed. The apparent itself was super spacious and we had lots of space to relax. The location is extremely central, everything we wanted to see was very walkable from where we were. We had a lovely stay!

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of beautiful nature, with a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its very own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. The accommodation has everything you need and beyond, there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful host who gave us a good feeling on holiday from the beginning. From here, you can explore Tuscany very well and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is simply perfect.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the landlord.

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

It was the nicest room I've ever stayed in on a trip!! I want to come back to Florence just to stay in this room!! Traveling is tiring, but I was glad to have a place to relax, and there are supermarkets nearby, so I recommend eating at home!

Luca and Lorenzo are friendly hosts. We were melting from the sweltering heat and they kindly allowed us to early check-in, immediately after the place has been cleaned. We had a lovely stay at Federico’s apartment. It was larger than the pictures, and we felt so comfortable in the apartment. It had everything needed for a family, a large living room, utensils to cook meals at home, and the neighborhood is very safe. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the city center, or easily call a taxi. Thank you Federico for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment!

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend
