Wonderful apartment, furnished with extreme attention to detail. Beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Prato. Located in the heart of downtown, but away from the noisy areas of Prato's nightlife. Very convenient indoor parking.

The place is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos. All very new, with absolutely all the items needed for a great stay. Fairly comfortable, wide, with lockers and drawers for storing clothes and objects. Flawless bedding with a soft and pleasant smell. In addition to the proximity of the Prato Prato al Serraglio train station, the apartment is close to pizzerias, restaurants and the great supermarket CONAD City. Hosts are very helpful, attentive and respond quickly to messages. They're 5 stars too! Anyway, it is a very recommended place to stay in a calm and pleasant city (Prato), with a fair price and close to the beautiful Firenze (which is extremely full of people/tourists, with very high prices)

For someone who planned to travel to nearby cities with a living center in Prat, this place was more than sufficient and comfortable. A small train station nearby, a quick train ride to Florence, a grocery store nearby, and the city of Prato itself is beautiful. Overall, I would recommend the place. The only minuses are those that are not actively affected by the landlord. E.g. noise from the surrounding flats, busyness in the street or special individuals marching through the streets of Prata.

Francesco's apartment was exactly as described. It is a wonderfull, tidy and comfortable and very well equipped place. Very close to the center of Prato. Francesco is an extremely kind host and was able to help me whenever I needed it. I highly recommend it to everyone.
