I want to thank Zuca who has helped us since the arrival in the apartment, the whim that was the apartment, everything clean, smelling and organized, the apartment is a grace, and very close to the beach, what I liked is that they provided beach chairs, which for me made a lot of difference, I loved everything and I want to come back.

everything as it is posted. there was privacy ,everything worked well in the apt and had everything to be at ease oven,microwave, hair dryer, kettle,washing machine.. of everything! and super attentive to our needs the host. nothing bad to say , nor would we put a key to the door when we went out. super safe

We stayed 4 months and 2 weeks and it was a wonderful experience.

We love our stay, the house is impeccable, clean, well airy and fresh, very close to the beach just across the street, super quiet beach. Let's go back for sure. The only suggestion I have is to exchange the mattresses for new and firm mattresses, would be perfect

Great welcome. It was Manoela's parents who received us. Mr. Jair and Dona Eunice. were very attentive in all aspects. both in the explanations and in walking with us for shows and giving recommendations of places. it was well worth... we will return as often as we can.

The cottage is huge and has absolutely everything we needed. Besides being close to the beach, it was perfect and comfortable. Sonali is a sweet, kind and wonderful person. Excellent accommodation. Direct beach access by a path next to the house. Very comfortable. Includes chairs and umbrella that are critical to enjoying the beach. Vera, the host, always very attentive. We ran out of gas at 9:00 pm and by 9.30 we were already changing the garrafa. Undoubtedly on our next visit to Florianopolis we will book again

Communication makes a total difference! and both Alisson and his wife Eluiza have always been available. When we arrived they were already waiting for us and guided us well despite the fact that we already know the region of Lagoinha do Norte. The region is excellent, has a supermarket about 3 minutes walk, has a pharmacy very close, the distance to the Lagoinha beaches, brava and tip of the canes is almost the same for all, about 1km but you can walk. The accommodation served us perfectly, has space both in front of and behind the house, well-equipped kitchen, exclusive washing machine for our use that helped too much! air conditioning working well, there was no fan, but the next day Eluiza made us available, and even towels made it available a lot. Thank you for your attention and care, Alisson and Eluiza! for sure we'll be back. a big hug!
