My apartment has a beautiful ocean view, is spacious and comfortable, balcony with beautiful view, 120 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, private barbecue, glazed, living and dining room integrated with kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, super ventilated, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach gear that fits a bike. And the best part: it's 25 meters from the beach!!!

Wonderful apartment with a view of the sea and native forest!! With impeccable and relaxing decor. New and complete apartment, next to the sea of Palmas with Wi-Fi and 3 smart TVs, washer and dryer and frost free refrigerator, garage for 1 car covered and parking for another car. It is on the second floor and has no elevator and the balcony has no safety net. It does not have a barbecue. It has split air-conditioning in both bedrooms. It has mosquito screens on the windows. There are no beach items.

The living area features a light-colored sofa and a grey armchair with decorative cushions. A stylish coffee table sits on a textured area rug, and a television is mounted on the wall. Natural light is welcomed through large windows overlooking the outdoors.
