It is a very comfortable house, with spacious and airy rooms; close to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. All environments are air-conditioned. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites with a jacuzzi. By the end of this year, we will have 5 suites, with accommodation for 19 guests or more with all the comforts. It has a large party area with a barbecue and 06 private parking spaces. It can host events for up to 50 people. The shed with a fire pit and the tree house can be rented separately.

The house is comfortable and cozy with a balcony overlooking the sea, with incredible views of the north bay of the island of Florianópolis, and the municipality of Governador Celso Ramos. The private area has more than 2,000m² of lawns, rocks and stunning native vegetation. It has a private beach and also the Henrique Costa beach, which is accessible. We are located in an APA, an Environmental Protection Area.
