Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

The stay was impeccable, the house was in perfect condition and everything was very clean. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed it a lot! Gessika was always very communicative and managed to solve all unforeseen events even from a distance. I highly recommend it!

The stay and the experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

We had a very pleasant weekend at the cottage, it is very cozy and comfortable. But the highlight is the location and the surrounding nature, really a place to disconnect and rest, we love it. A simple but very tasteful and cozy option for Guaratuba Beach.

The house is beautiful, just like in the photos, I felt at home. Everything was clean and organised for my arrival. The house is very equipped, it has everything we need. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. Sonia is very attentive and helpful, she responds to messages and gives excellent instructions, I will definitely return.

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Great stay we had in the apt. In addition to being close to the beach there is the beach service, which gives a lot of tranquility and comfort. The building is also quite complete. Heated pool, playroom and children's playground. Host Vanessa is very kind and caring

The place is extremely perfect, only the heated pool is missing for swimming at night. However, there was a smaller one that was hot, so it met our needs.

I have nothing to complain about, the apartment is very comfortable, everything is clean and organized, in addition to the location, which is great, close to the best beaches in Bertioga, close to markets, bakeries, restaurants, etc. It exceeded my expectations, I will definitely return.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The stay was excellent! The description fully matched what was in the listing. Marcelo e Márcia always responded very quickly, brought super interesting local tips and even helped us to make a better route choice for our return. As for the noises of the bars, which is in some comments, it did not bother us at all, all rooms have air conditioning and we can close the windows to sleep peacefully. The location is great, we did everything on foot in the city, the beach is beautiful and the space is even bigger than what appears in the photos of the ad. We loved the trip and in particular the attention of the hosts note 10. We will definitely return.

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman in our accommodation. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linen. The kitchen has everything you could need and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large courtyard for parking and reminiscent of an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super comfortable, with amazing beds and air conditioning in all rooms, which made all the difference. The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for chilling the cooler drink we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.
