The walk to the beach is very peaceful (300 meters - 5 minutes), and the access streets are paved and flat. The house is one-story, and the sun enters both bedrooms, providing a feeling of comfort. The bathrooms are large and airy. The balcony is large, overlooks the lawn, and has a barbecue and sink. Ideal house for 5 people.

The house is very close to the beach and the meeting of the sea with the Guaratuba River, one of the most beautiful beaches in the state of SP in a place decreed as an environmental reserve (Parque da Restinga), within a gated community, with security, cameras and surrounded by preserved nature. Oceanfront, with lush vegetation, this elegant accommodation is perfect for group travel. It has four large en-suites, queen and single beds. In the two comfortable rooms you can enjoy an armchair for reading, listening to music, or relaxing lying down watching TV (55-inch smart TV). But if your hobby is cooking, our gourmet area will please you. We have a wood-burning oven, pizza oven and barbecue, as well as a full kitchen with everything you need.
