Flawless apartment and very attentive and kind host. Our stay was very pleasant and we certainly intend to return. The condominium is simply wonderful especially for those who go with a child and want comfort, tranquility and good location. So, only praise to Karini for providing us with this wonderful experience.

Shirley's apartment exceeded all expectations!!! My sister and I have already decided that we will be back next year for sure! And it's not just the apartment: the condominium also gets a thousand note. I will summarize... The apartment is comfortable, it is at a very quiet point, but close to everything good in the condominium at the same time. Shirley is a caring and very competent host, as well as having an infinite patience to explain things to two ladies (myself and my sister!). It was a fully stress-free stay. The ad fulfills everything it promises and more! I loved the condominium. Everything always clean, organized, kind and helpful employees. The pool won my heart and the 24h market saved me! Walking around the condominium is an activity that I recommend to everyone. The two nearby beaches have also conquered us forever: Peracanga and Bacutia are ideal for the person to "soak" in the water! I came home today, but I'm already missing the days I spent in this wonderful place!

Very cozy lodging, very comfortable home and very well behaved my family. Clear space, easy to pick up the key. We could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Condomínio very beautiful and with great structure.

Good location, very quiet condominium, easy access, good size apartment, well-equipped, do not miss anything. The children loved the pool and playground. Easy access to the center of Guarapari, less than 15/20 minutes by car we were at the morro beach and region.

I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

Our stay at the accommodation was wonderful!!!! The apartment is great, well ventilated with everything you need to make meals and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. There were 5 of us and we were all accommodated very comfortably.

Extremely good house, Felipe is a good host, received us even with MIMO (a great lemon cupcake), house and quality things and room and air and good fans, excellent bathroom, very quiet neighborhood! Our car slept on the street with no problem, not to mention that there is NINA, Felipe's dog who is a love! We very much like the stay and recommend it.

Licelia was wonderful with us, I am a frequent traveler, and I consider Licélia to be one of the best hosts I have ever met, in addition to being very friendly, polite and pleasant, she prepared a dinner to welcome us. The host was extremely flexible regarding the time of checkin and checkout, gave us tips and was highly requested. The place is very well located in Barra do Jucu, we were able to enjoy nature and enjoy the trip a lot.

Linda and Mauro are wonderful hosts!!! They welcomed us in person and made sure to introduce us to everything. Extremely caring and considerate. Even pampering they left for us! Chocolates, flowers, walks to my Labrador. They are lovers! The house is exactly as advertised. The place really has a wonderful view and the condominium is very organized and pleasant. Especially for those who go with a pet. The beaches, Parque Paulo César Vinhas is all very close. To Linda and Mauro my eternal thanks.

Thank you Amanda for renting us is a wonderful home. The house had everything, good location and great access to many places. Already our second Carnival in Guarapari-ES and this was the best of all, not only for the house but for all the help that Amanda and her husband gave us.
